    My eDSL service in a remote part of Maine is faster UL/DL on average on any given day than Spectrum Internet is on a good day.

    What made this situation especially alarming was the clear invasion of privacy. After our…read moreinteraction in the store, the associate, Tyler, accessed my mother's account information and proceeded to call my phone approximately 16 times from his personal phone, only to hang up each time I answered. There is absolutely no justification for an employee to use a personal device to repeatedly contact a customer like this. It was intrusive, unprofessional, and raised serious concerns about how customer information is being handled at this location. We initially came in to pick up a phone we had ordered and were informed that ID verification was required before it could be released. That part was completely reasonable. However, instead of helping us resolve the issue or directing us to the correct corporate location that could assist, the associate immediately dismissed us, stating that he "didn't have the order," and refused to provide any further guidance. At the time, we were unaware that this was not a corporate store, and while that misunderstanding may be on us, it does not excuse the way we were treated. A professional response would have been to calmly explain the situation and point us in the right direction. Instead, the associate became visibly agitated that we were even there, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. The situation worsened when he began speaking to my mother in a hostile and disrespectful manner, ultimately telling her to leave the store. His tone and behavior were completely inappropriate. No customer should be treated that way for simply asking for assistance. From the refusal to help, to the hostile interaction, to the misuse of personal contact through a private phone, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. It reflects a serious lack of professionalism and raises concerns beyond just poor customer service. Because of this, I will be filing a formal corporate complaint. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

    We came to try to fix an issue with 2 lines that we transfer to verizon (because of the poor…read morecustomer service from Tmobil) customer service send us to a location which we did and for our bad luck we choose this one. After waiting 1 one because 1 of the employees was helping another customer, we can her another employee laughing and talking, again after 1 hour wait he comes out and we explain him the issue and he was just rude, no wanting to help and told us he could not help and we needed to go to the Verizon store. For our surprise the rude and disrespectful person was the Store Manager Jacob Lopez. T Mobil wonder why they are losing customer when they put mediocre people on charge of the stores without understand that tanks to the customers is why they have a job and get paid. Do not go to this location, and T Mobil you should really look at your employees.

    We came to buy an Apple Watch as a Christmas present on Black Friday. We only had the intention of…read moregetting one watch, however the employee and "manager" (FRED) both told us there was a promotion going on where you buy one and get one free. The only catch was the 2nd watch was not available and would take approximately 12 days and they would call when it's available. Fast forward over month later and despite multiple calls there was no 2nd watch. My elderly mother and I went into the store to get an update. We were then by the "pseudo manager" FRED that the watches weren't available and proceeded to tell us that we were never offered that promotion, which is a blatant lie because we didn't even want a 2nd watch in the first place, so the only reason we were getting it was that free offer. Add to all this the fact that my mother then finds out they signed her up for a protection plan that she never agreed to and are charging $16 additional a month. Big man FRED, the guy who clearly got his position because his daddy owns the place and he couldn't get a career somewhere else, then proceeded to escalate and mumble under his breath that he was t afraid of anyone above him and wasn't scared if we complained after my elderly mother threatened to escalate to corporate. Then when she expressed further concerns about everything he just walked away and told her to her face he wasnt afraid of any escalation and locked himself in the back room. DO NOT COME TO THIS FAKE T-MOBILE and their fake manager FRED.
