    Spectrum is the absolute worst. Our internet is less reliable than it was in 1985. Totally unresponsive and shamelessly incompetent.

    The help at this store were extremely slow. Wait times for walk in about 1 hour. If I could give zero stars it would be appropriate.

    Place is always packed, check in box is right near the door so the line goes outside. Only 1 person working and they're so slow

    Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Parkside Location…read more If I could give this experience negative stars, I would. I recently worked with Justin M. at the Countryside Mall Verizon through a third-party. Justin's system wasn't working, and he told me I could visit any Verizon store to complete my iPhone 13 trade-in. I followed his instructions and went to the Parkside location, where I was initially greeted kindly by a representative named Anthony. However, during our conversation, another employee named Chris rudely interrupted and asked what I was there for. When I explained, he immediately told me he couldn't help because I worked through a third-party, and that I'd need to go elsewhere. I later called two other Verizon locations and spoke to two different representatives -- both confirmed that any Verizon store should be able to process a trade-in, regardless of third-party involvement. This interaction was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. What should have been a simple 5-minute trade-in turned into a frustrating 2-hour ordeal. Thankfully, I eventually spoke with Savannah at the 8700 Fourth St N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 location, who provided outstanding service. She went above and beyond by calling both Countryside Mall and the Parkside store on my behalf. While she tried to resolve the issue professionally, Chris continued to make excuses and showed no accountability for his behavior. Chris was unapologetic and indifferent to the inconvenience he caused. I can only hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously and ensures that representatives like Savannah are recognized for their excellence -- and that others receive proper training in customer service and professionalism.

I talked to 6 (you read that right) representatives and still am not situated with my service. I'm setting up a new service; 2 representatives put orders in for only half of my equipment. Another tells me just to go into the store and pick up my equipment. I get to this location and Amber, the world's rudest, nastiest, and most incompetent "customer service" representative I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to (seriously I really can't fathom Spectrum hiring anyone worse), tells me "the policy changed yesterday" and that she could only issue me the router without the modem. She tells me I have to wait until the 25th (so 4 days without internet as a law student) to get my modem in the mail. She tells me to go call her director or customer service. So I go out to my car, and I call customer service. They then told me to put someone in the store on the phone to tell them I am supposed to have my modem. Long story short, I get my modem. I get all the way home and realized that Amber either intentionally or ignorantly gave me the wrong router. So I go all the way back to this location for them to then tell me they just ran out of "the tall routers" (ie the 5G). So due pretty much largely to the incompetence of the one and only "Amber," I now have to drive 30 minutes to Seminole. So I drive to Spectrum Seminole who, with the kindest service I've received all day from this sub-par company, immediately give me the correct equipment. This location is abhorrent. Do better. And Amber, you're the actual worst.
