I have been trying to reach customer support dept. all night tonight since 7:30 first call I waited over an hour and a half. The second time 45 minutes and the third time another hour. This is ridiculous when i called each time the waiting time was supposedly 4 minute wait and then they offer the press one and get a call back that doesn't work at all. I use to love tmobile but I am fed up with the internet not working. I think it is time to change to Frontier. I shouldn't have to wait for hours for someone to answer which by the way no one ever answer the call. T-MOBILE YOU GOTTA DO BETTER. read more

Please use a company with better customer service. T-mobile has Horrible customer service. I was lied to. I Was told I could return equipment to the store for free. The store charged me. I never got a bill and now there's a late fee. I called T-Mobile and after a CSR put me on hold for many minutes, was completely unhelpful and told me that I would need to take care of the bill at the store. In addition to being lied to, I'm being charged when I was told it was a free trial period, and a late fee and I will need to go to the store. Awful, awful customer service. read more

It took almost 3 hours to transfer the data on to our 2 phones. The next day we had to go back because the associate put the wrong SIM cards in the wrong phones. I restarted my phone this morning and as usual it asked me for my pin number. I have kept the same PIN number for all of my phones for years. I was denied stating it was the wrong PIN number. The associate put the wrong number on my phone and another associate had to completely reset my phone. I lost many pictures and business contacts as well as family contacts. All the associate could say was a curt "I apologize." I finally asked him to stop apologizing as it was doing nothing but making me more angrier. 3 days of having to go back to the store to fix someone else's mistakes. What made it worse was the Associate Manager was there and never even looked at me. I was the only customer in the store and was there for a while as they were resetting my phone. As I walked out I told the associate that it will be a long time before we ever think about upgrading our phones. I looked over at the Associate Manager and he was busy BSing with the other employees. As someone who is familiar with how a Manager should act I was very disappointed in him. He was there the first night and did NOTHING to assist us with the length of time it took to switch over the data. Again today he did nothing! I will be looking to find a new phone service once this one is up. Do not need a lack of service like this again. Inexcusable, the associate messed things up soo bad I had to return again twice. read more
