    OMG! Never get involved with this company! Their representatives will lie to your face. We told…read morethem we needed cable service for some months until we would be moving in several months. We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware!

    Thomas C. the sole representative for this location was extremely unprofessional and rude . After…read moredealing with the stress of another store location not helping us change our phone plan due to the loss of my dad, my mother and I were looking for some help in getting new phones. When we arrived 2 hours before the store was closing to get new phones , we instantly felt like we were being rushed out the door. Thomas seemed very disinterested in helping us , and was rushing the entire time because it was the end of his shift. He then proceeded to act too interested and made us feel extremely uncomfortable talking about how he went drinking too hard the night before , using the "f" word repeatedly to describe how wasted he was, and then switched to speaking of his religion and beliefs. He kept instigating and even went on stating how his religion is better than ours . At no point did we initiate we wanted to talk of these things but he kept instigating . Then when we advised we wanted to get screen cases and protectors he said his manager was not there and it's better to just get it online. When we advised how we would rather get a case now and not break the phone in the next coming days, he was not helpful in delivering options to us and tried to get us pick one just based on the color. Today when we returned to do our trade in as advised , the gate was closed and the store still had 30minutes left to be open. I called their main line as we were walking away and asked if they were still open. He said yes but they were closing and have a strict closing time of 6pm sharp. I advised it was not 6 and the gates were down and we were looking for assistance . He then came out of the bathroom looking like he was taking a nap and put his jacket back on to help us. Worst experience as a customer with AT&T yet.
