I was so impressed with Demetrius that I made sure to come back and asked him to please help my 70 year old mother with picking out the best new phone and monthly service for her as well. Demetrius was professional, kind, courteous, and very helpful with my family's cellular needs. I have had great service from a lot of AT&T personnel previously but no one quite like Demetrius. After having my iPhone 11 Pro Max, it was time for an upgrade. The sales associate was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process, and worked to find the best, cost efficient deal for me. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted, but I'm putting a case on it anyway so it's not going to be seen. I went with the iPhone 16 Pro, because the Max was too big. This one is a smidge smaller than the 11 pro max, but it's very light and easy to hold. The sound and picture quality are great. *BEWARE* Long story short, my iPhone was frozen at the startup Apple logo screen. Upon arrival there was 5 people in front of me in line. In the hour and 15 minutes we waited I experienced all this: - 8 employees working, only 2 working with customers the whole time, others literally chit-chatting with each other or disappearing behind the "employees only" door for long periods. - waitlist order skipped people twice, once bumped me down, when I asked the gal checking people in, she apologized for deleting me and corrected order. - employee rudely talk down to elderly man asking basic questions. - employees bad mouthing customers after they leave. - when finally seen, they made little effort to see if a fix was possible, simply tried to up sell me on a new phone. After a visit to the phone maker's store, my phone was fixed in less than 5 minutes, proving AT&T was a waste and a potential rip-off. read more

I went in to get my camera on my iPhone looked at because only the front facing camera was working. Adam helped troubleshoot and once we tried almost all the options, we talked about either getting a new phone or submitting an insurance claim. He helped me with my final choice and was so professional. Because I didn't want to wait for my information to transfer to my new phone, when I told him I didn't know how to get home because I am new to the area, he went online and printed the GPS instructions for me! Poor customer experience. Employees have poor product and pricing knowledge. They are also extremely slovenly. One employee had her large pink thong showing. I have no confidence in the price or features. Employees keep having to check with another employee to get their info correct. Quoted me an outrageous amount and only revised it after I expressed concern. Another employee literally barged into my table to ask the other employee a question. It is a very unprofessional experience, no wonder so many of the AT & T stores shut down. I will be looking elsewhere for both my cell and DSL. I went into the store to upgrade my moms iPhone. Marcus helped us. We had to go to the Rim location to buy the iPhone we needed. Service was so poor, we drove back to see Marcus so he could transfer the iPhones for us. He also helped us purchase cases, a cover, and upgraded our plan for a cheaper rate. I witnessed Marcus gentle, respectful demeanor with an elderly couple struggling to convey their phone needs as well. This folks is how you do customer service. We went in to get new shoes Hines and they would only allow one person to go in per representative. My husband doesn't hear well and can't tell what people are saying with masks on. I am not going to make a decision in his phone. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Defensive person at the door. We had always done business at this store but never again. Oh my God I was on the customer service line 5 different times before I walked into Heebner Oaks AT&T store. Sonia assisted me and defended me over the phone with customer service. Sonia did a wonderful job listening to my issue and understanding with reasonability. 800 customer service line unfortunately lacks human empathy nor reasoning. We didn't get anywhere with customer service line however; her manager Ismael worked wonders on his end and I got my phone back on. I've never had such a horrible experience with a wireless service provider store. After two separate visits, and dealing with two separate employees, I have to give this store a 1 star rating. I'm not sure if these employees are just money-hungry for commission to the point where they lie to your face, or they are just incompetent and do not understand the blatant questions I presented to them. Working with these people is by far the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I was suggested to convert my 10 year old ATT number to a business account, which I eventually did. The agent charged my account but didn't provide a comprehensive listing of prices and was unable to forward the number. I stopped by this place for the next 2 consecutive days to have my service fixed, to get a business account (for paying bills). He said to install a new iOS software (which didn't work) while offering me to purchase a watch. We haven't resolved the issues and wants me to purchase more goods? Turns out the issue was with their IMEI assignments. By the time I came back, I needed to talk to a manager. One of the managers said she would take care of my account within 24 hours. Then she calls me the next day telling me that my account is being taken cared of by someone else by the end of the day... no response afterwards. I then took matters on my own and persisted to enable my account by calling customer service. Now, I get texts saying that my account is overdue- when I log in, the ATT app says I've completely paid. Then I call customer support, they say I have to pay an extra $5 and a $35 reinstatement fee maybe charged. I hate ATT. read more

I have been dealing with AT&T for years and never had a problem until I went on my own and tried to get an internet to work at home When I got a mobile hotspot router I was told that I would be able to get 100 GB out of it to work from home but I barely got 10 GB. When I went to go and retuned it I was told I wouldn't be able to return it because it was to late. In order to pay for it I have to add it to my account which in order to do that you have to enter a verification code that is sent via text to the device which does not receive text messages. I went back to the store and told them my problem and they said they could not help and to call the help line to get this fixed but when I called the help line, after being transferred to 4 different people, they told me they couldn't help and I would have to visit the store. So now I'm stuck with something I don't even want and a bill I can not even pay for. read more

The customer service ends with employee opening door for visitors. While some of the regular sales assistants try to do good job, the Store Manager is not customer service oriented and quite helpless when it requires commitment to help customer or resolve any questions. His approach of treating customer without any attempt to help and assist has turned me out of ATT and this particular store. If you need a phone -you can get it but do not expect customer service, there's none with such Management in place. read more
