Ive been a customer for over 15 years starting when they used to be Time Warner and have been extremely happy with the service, and constant loyalty discounts and available promotions! You just dont get that sane reliability AND affordable pricing with Dish or Direct TV. Ive just recently upgraded away from the DVR to XUMO and let me tell you, I LOVE IT! No wiring everywhere, no headache to setup and activate, and the unit is small enough to fit in the palm of your hands. Its LOADED with avaliable sports channels and movie lineups, and it's intuitive! Whatever youre watching creates a que for more of the same type! If you love action, horror, rom com, or reality TV, you're suddenly in a rabbit hole everytime with LOTS AND LOTS of recommendations available! If you ever need new equipment, they will send it right out to you free of charge and most of the time you'll receive it the very next day with online instructions on how to activate it, and if youre still not sure all you need to do is call customer support and they will take time to walk you through the activation process step by step! Don't waste your time coming to this location. They have a tablet that you check into when you arrive and we thought that was really cool. Unfortunately not all techs follow it. A gentlemen that was at the back on the line tried to get a younger male tech to help him while skipping the line. He was told he has to wait his turn. He then waited till he saw another tech, an older gentlemen with a different shirt, finish with a customer and that tech didn't care about the line and just helped him right away. I purchased a phone cover at this location, and the employee clearly told me it came with a lifetime warranty. However, when I returned to the store for help, I was told that the cover was only covered for 14 days and that they could not assist me any further. This completely contradicts what I was promised at the time of purchase and feels misleading and unfair. Because of the slow service, lack of support, and inconsistent information about the warranty, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with any company. Every several minutes, Spectrum internet service pauses, you see the tv timeout icon for several seconds, on the internet, same thing so to start with, Spectrum does not provide consistent service. Additionally, I had ordered the Spectrum TV package but did not need it so I tried to cancel it. They can do that but then it wipes out any previous deal you had so even though you are the same customer at the same address using the same equipment, they find a hook and now you will pay $100.00 instead of $71.00 because I am are a bad person. I was ready for this experience to be a headache but it was quite pleasant. I was setting up new internet service with Spectrum and the package that had my modem was stolen. After cancelling my spectrum account due to horrendous Internet service, I came to this location in order to return my equipment, as I was not given the option to ship this back. As I am writing this review, I am being actively ignored by 2 employees, while the third is helping another customer who has been here since before I walked in. Efficiency and speed are clearly extremely unimportant to this business and their employees. (Not surprising, considering the lack of internet speeds too). After signing in, we asked if there was any way to expedite the return process, since my account was already cancelled and I JUST need to give Spectrum their shit back. I was told by Jesus that he was busy helping another customer, who, as we found out after he returned 10 minutes later, was completely out of the store. While the associate was waiting for the customer, he refused to assist any of the ~10 customers in the lobby. Instead he checked his phone and clicked around on the computer, clearly bored. I tried walking up to another employee, who then turned on his heel and disappeared to the back for a few minutes. He was not helping anyone at the time I attempted to reach him. Unfortunately didn't get his name because his hair was covering his name tag. A surprise 4th employee finally showed up about 30 minutes after I got here. Hopefully he was on his lunch break. He finally called us up and we dropped off the equipment. I had a single question for him about my cancelled mobile account and he told me "we don't really deal with mobile in the store" and that I should call customer service. From now on, I am only coming to this location for any equipment exchange,return, and service related to Spectrum. Read a few bad reviews for other stores and even though there is a closer location to my place, I've decided to come here and I'm glad I did. Making a reservation on the website was easy and I had an appointment setup for 1:20PM and I arrived 10 minutes early. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Keven and before I could finish signing in. Keven was already standing by waiting to assist me. I brought in my outdated modem to get it swapped out for a newer one and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. After completing my original request, Keven asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. Great friendly service with a smile! I only saw two other customers in the store and they were being assisted by other employees. Newer location and very clean store. Unfortunately, our complex doesn't offer any other providers or I would've switched 11 months ago! By far the worst internet experience I've had in my life time. Services at this store location is very poor! 3360 S Bristol, Santa Ana, CA. Made an appointment through Spectrum Company for this store on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:40pm. Even got a confirmation text from them. When l got there the store was closed. Hours are stated open 10-8:00 pm. No call back that they were closing early. Drove down there for my appointment and they were a no-show. I was furiously mad. A complete waste of my time! Went to the store the next day wanting my cell phone activated and they said they couldn't help me. I do have a Spectrum account and after being told from Spectrum Corporate that this store and the people there can help me and get my cell phone activated. Salespeople at this store were completely useless, dumb, ignorant and stupid. Not even willing to help with customer's problems and activation issues. Also, this store does not have a store manager on premises to handle my concerns. Again, a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend this Spectrum Store in Santa Ana. Spectrum is a joke!!! After being a customer for many years tried to cancel the TV service. Called the customer service number and a representative on 3/25/24 said it will be canceled at end of billing cycle. Went in to turn the cable boxes on 4/16/24 and find out it wasn't canceled. The billing cycle ended 4/13/24 and I will have to pay for a full month! What a rip off! The representative didn't say I had to call back again before the billing cycle ended. They don't till you this so they can collect another month of full payment! The people at this store couldn't care less and said I can call another number and deal with them. What a joke! I have been here multiple times and all they do is lie and take your money. I was told that my bill was lowered. It went up. I was told my bill would be lowered again if we returned two devices. Service was extremely slow, they tried to sell us more services instead of solving our problems and ultimately told us they would call us the next day, lower our bill, and give us back credits. I have a customer who is trying to work from home. Unfortunately, she just upgraded her Spectrum service in which they replaced her working router for a stupid router that only allows one IP Address Range for the inside user equipment. It is 192.168.1.0/24. To her surprise, her remote telephone for her business could not connect. She called and I walked her through some checks, only to find out that her local subnet was the same as one at work. Knowing that many VPN connections will not work with the same subnet on both sides, I told her to get Spectrum on the line. Spectrum advised me that the internal subnet is "locked down". Her company is going to have to buy a router instead of using theirs. Not a biggie, but this begs the question: How is Spectrum helping its customers who are working from home due to Covid-19 worries? They are not considering their customers AT ALL! A terrible company with terrible service. Stick with Frontier if you can. Fiber Optic is set and forget. Unlike Spectrum who still uses copper. Good luck getting to the internet when it is raining and the underground cables are flooded and soggy with water. read more

I can't compliment these guys enough. I went to Spectrum to transfer my two phones from At+t to Spectrum. I started out with Ryan, the store manager. He was more than kind and gracious. He even went and got a chair for me. He eventually transferred me over to Keven, who was sooooo amazing. He got me hooked up immediately. He took care of both of my phones and showed me how to use them. These guys were quick, friendly, personable, and hard working. I live to closer Spectrums, but after I read the reviews, I drove out of my way because I wanted great service, and I was not disappointed.
