Went yesterday to buy a new phone for my brother. We decided on an iphone 14 with a new phone number, but during the process the worker told us they weren't able to get a new phone number and to come back the next day to finish the process and pick up the phone. We came back and they let us know they sold our phone to someone else? After telling us we had to come back the next day for it? How does that make sense? The lady worker there was extremely rude and unhelpful... She told us it was our fault for not leaving a deposit the day before, but we were never told to do so? I visited this store today. I had some issues with texting and apparently it's an issue with the android vs iPhone system. I was disappointed that the issue could not be resolved. But what bothered me more was the employee's attitude. She answered a few questions regarding my problem, then picked up her phone and gave her attention to it. I did ask if there were any promotions on phones, she pointed to one, I asked the price, then she went back to her phone. I really felt like I was intruding into her private time and I certainly won't be returning to that Boost Mobile store. read more

Wouldn't do return . Policy states 7 days and my girlfriend whom bought the phone needed to return the phone that couldn't get adequate service and was refurbished got charged 799 where ads say 599 and and got given the run around when she wanted her money back . They stated because it was paid with debit they couldn't return her money . What kind of bs is that ? She had receipt box and phone was unscathed. They wouldnt even look at the receipt. Nor even try to help her. They got defensive which I'm still confused about but fairly sure they knew they got one over on her and didn't wanna give money back . They said to call boost corporate and corporate is saying to get the store to handle it . They are pointing fingers at each other and no one wants to help.
