They have the ability to take on whatever issues that might arise from a haul out. Steve and his staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a list of things that we wanted repaired or replaced and their estimate was what was quoted. Not only that but an engine room inspection found additional things that NEEDED to be replaced before serious troubles escalated. These repairs here again were within the estimate quoted. They kept us informed of the progress being made to our vessel. At one point the 8" exhaust elbows were found to be leaking. This situation could have resulted in an engine room fire! Upon finding that it would take an additional two weeks for the elbows to be made and delivered, Matt, their mechanic, fabricated the 4 elbows needed on location. They were built stronger than what could have been purchased and here again at the quoted price. Our boat received a pedicure, manicure, and facial wax. She was much better off back in the water as to when she arrived. I have owned a boat company in the past, as well as a current Yacht Broker. Then, we had to drop that travel plan for other reasons, and again, rapidly and kindly, Ellis refunded our money and shipped the the potty back to the manufacturers.
