My packet was sent from WI to MN, 7 days later still has not arrived. BEWARE: They would try to trick you to come and pick up the packet at their warehouse, but didn't they forget they got paid by the sender to bring the item to your house ?! They do not know how to find an address. They cannot find my address. I have to go LOOKING for my package. As a customer I should NEVER have to go looking FOR ANYTHING! Horrible customer service - the lady claimed I was yelling at her and told her serval times I am not -- I am upset but not yelling. My husband could here her and I asked her for a supervisor - there was no one available. How is this company in business - she blamed me that my company wasn't open - for 5 months we have had to have packages delivered by them. They have in notes we open at 10am and there by 9:45 and if not there they can leave next door. They continually deliver at 9:35 am - and leave next door however today just decided not to leave it. Customer service wouldn't help- rude wouldn't get supervisor -I wanted to make sure everything is marked in my account right. Lady said that's not her job she is cusotmer service not sales. I asked aren't I the customer and don't I need service? Told my supplier I will never order from them again if they use this service - my account was flipped to another carrier. There is a big difference between red marker and blood I believe without seeing the packages you can not judge perhaps you have a better standard than our driver had but I still would not recommend speedy to anyone totally poor unacceptable at best experience I have never had problems w like this with FedEx or UPS I would recommend them. read more

I have used Speedee in the past and their prices are the lowest around...but you rn the risk of them not showing up to pick up your shipment. The last 5 times I've tried to use them I'm given a pickup date only to have it canceled the day of pickup. I've started using dispatchit.com for my local Minneapolis deliveries and ODFL for my LTL shipments. Both are light years ahead of Speedee in terms of customer service and response time. SpeeDee won't respond to emails after 4:30 pm. That doesn't work in today's connected society. read more

Sent via SpeedeeDelivery as they were 1/2 the price of fedex and ups and guaranteed 1 day ground delivery according to their service maps. It has now been 5 days, no updated tracking other than it is at their facility. I was on hold for over half an hour, call was disconnected, when I called back it said "all circuits are busy". If you need to use speedy when timelyness is important I recommend staying clear. I put in an order to have it shipped and pickup was suppose to be on a Wed and delivery the same day. It is now the following Monday and I still cant get the package delivered. After calling customer service I am told there is nothing they can do for me and cant even get a pickup today. If only I could give zero stars. i ordered fertilized eggs from McMurray Hatchery, and they needed to be handled carefully, and rush delivered with temperature control. Well after waiting the whole day, nobody showed up. So I called the main office. It was 6pm and the Minnesota office said they are done at 6pm. He said we will get you the package on Monday. i said that will not do, these are fertilized eggs which need incubation. So the guy there had to call the Wisconsin branch and tell them to get me the package. They show up near 7pm. Printed real large on the box it says RUSH and KEEP WARM and FRAGILE. I take the frozen box and ask the driver what happened. He says, "You got your package." And he runs away. I open it. Four of the 14 eggs are broken and all of the eggs are frozen. I am so disgusted. the callous disregard for the lives of these birds. i would never ship anything with this horrible company. I am second thinking any living creature being shipped through a delivery service. one other thing: I never got any notification that the package was on the way. i had to go to my McMurray account and find out. I have used Speedy about 10 times and everything was delivered overnight, with the exception of the time I dropped it off at Ace Hardware instead of the main Speedy site, and therefore I did not expect it to be overnight. I have never had a package damaged either. I live in near St. Cloud and mailed a heavy package to my son in Wisconsin, which would have cost between $70-$100 with Fed Ex or the USPS (I checked), depending on how many days it took, and it was $7.00, yes $7.00 to send it with Speedy. Also, the Speedy site on Clearwater Road in St. Cloud is open until Midnight during the week so I can go after work. Drivers are unsafe. One ran a rural red light in a 45 zone and I would have been hurt severely had I not seen him coming out of the corner of my eye and stopped quickly. . On phone? Definitely distracted by something and not paying attention. Corporate couldn't care less when reporting the incident. Holy crap, there are times I wonder how a company stays in business and this is one of them. They lose a package, tell me an address is on it that I'm betting isn't on it. Best of all they won't call the driver to find out where he thinks the address was he left the package at because that protects them from fraud. So far this company is the only fraud I've seen. Package was delayed. Gave no reason why. Called three times, each time on hold for 20-30 minutes. Gave me the runaround several times, transferred to who knows how many people. No defined answer was ever given. Tried to cancel said package (one of the 30minute calls), no call back ever, eventually the package was delivered (to my ever-growing frustration). Another time I shipped two packages (addresses were 20 miles apart), in the next day delivery category (located near St. Cloud Hub). I would never recommend using Spee Dee Delivery to anyone!!!! Very poor customer service. I had scheduled a pick up on a Thursday (to pick up Friday) for a customer of mine. On Monday evening the package still wasn't picked up nor was a phone call made to me by Spee Dee Delivery. I called Monday and wanted to speak with the manager (Devon)..they said he would call me back...Yeah, good luck with that! I called 2 times for Devon on Tuesday morning. Finally talked with him... These guys said my package would be delivered on Thursday. It is now the following Monday. It was a package that was for Valentine's Day, which was yesterday. I figured if they said Thursday that would give a little room for error. No word from them and when tracking the package, it says that it's awaiting update information. When you toggle through their website (instead of pressing the track package button) it shows the package has been in a random city in Illinois since at least Friday. After a long wait to speak with customer service, they said they would send a note to the driver to "remind him to take it." And they said it would get there today or tomorrow. I get that things are difficult with Covid-19, but don't promise delivery by a certain date and then blow it by five days. These guys are over promising and under delivering. Do not utilize this service. They don't gaurentee next day delivery and have no warehouses/offices for pick up. So a delivery you expect for Friday won't have the chance to be delivered until Monday. And packages go back to St. Cloud warehouse instead of a pick up location If all of the driver's packages are unable to be delivered on his route that day. Pure inefficiency. I live in Rhinelander WI about 5 miles from their faculty. Tracking my package it scanned in at early morning on the 6-12-21 supposedly out for delivery on 6-14-21.....called wondering where my package was....on the truck I was told, couldn't reach driver but should be here by 7:30 pm today 6-15-21 called early,was told as soon as she could reach the driver she would call me almost close no call no package, called again gave her tracking # was told something was wierd had to talk to manager, then iwas told driver could not be reached. I used Spee-Dee for the first time last Christmas and my package was delivered the next day as advertised. This time my package was processed in Bismarck on Thursday before the 4:00 pm deadline to arrive in Minneapolis the next day. When it didn't arrive by 3:00 on Friday, I called to see what was going on. I was put on hold for 20 min. then was told that the driver didn't make his target drop time in St. Cloud. Since they don't work on weekends, the soonest I will receive the package is Monday or possibly Tuesday. I will not use Spee-Dee again for time-sensitive deliveries. read more

I hate to see a local company go out of business but I'm afraid that is the direction that Speedy management is leading the company. They are providing terrible service because they are understaffed; and they are understaffed because they will not pay enough salary to attract and keep their employees. I (against my better judgement) used Speedy to ship a belt that I needed to cut hay for the farm on Thursday. I'm located near St. Cloud and the implement dealer that shipped the belt is in Janesville, MN. It should have arrived here on Friday.
