Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified! They needed clips to hold the bumper on, the clips would be in that day and it'd be ready by 5. They'd call when I could pick it up. Of course, no call no clips.i went back two days later, the owner had forgotten about the clips. He said he'd call and get them there same day by 5. Seeing a pattern? This happened three more times before I finally got the car back after 21 days in the shop. The painful part was I was driving a rental car and for 11 days that it was late cost me $1100 extra dollars. I can't recommend them and I wouldn't go back.
