I kept calling them every day, and they kept telling me it wasn't ready. After 5 days, I went to the shop in person, and it still wasn't ready, so I told them I wasn't leaving until they fixed it. They finally started working on it, but I had to wait many hours. When they finally replaced the clutch, I asked the shop owner to test-drive the vehicle to make sure everything was fine, and I handed him the key. I immediately noticed he looked annoyed. He started driving while keeping the clutch pressed about a quarter of the way down. With a brand-new clutch, new pressure plate, new flywheel, new master cylinder, and a freshly bled line, that is not good. The clutch is hydraulic and responds immediately. I didn't say anything during the drive, but he was driving around 30 to 35 mph on the streets near the shop. When we got back, I told him he had been riding the clutch the whole way. He said nothing was wrong. At that moment, smoke started coming out from under the vehicle. I opened the hood and saw smoke coming from the transmission, and it smelled like a burnt clutch. He said that was a normal part of the process and that all clutches smoke when they are replaced. He said there was nothing to do. Very disappointed, I took my vehicle and left. I drove a couple of blocks, then had to turn back because they had forgotten to reconnect the rear differential. The vehicle was only moving with the front wheels, and the owner had been driving it that way with 4x4 engaged. At 30-35 miles per hour is not good for the differentials or the clutch. I returned to the shop and demanded they fix it. They did, and I only asked whether they were sure everything was okay so I wouldn't have to come back again. Then they started my vehicle, revved it, and did reverse burnouts to show me the rear differential was connected. That was very rude and I did not like it. That is why I say to avoid this shop. They are not professional. Honestly, I also had some extra parts there that I had bought, and when I left the shop they were gone. They were clutch-related parts I had bought as extras. I can't say for sure that they took them, but they disappeared while the vehicle was in their shop and on their property. If you think it ended there, let me tell you it is getting worse. About 9 or 10 weeks after going through such a terrible experience at that shop, Energy Transmissions, my clutch started having trouble getting up hills. I also have trouble getting onto the freeway. I do not drive off-road; I only drive on the road.I use it every day for my daily trips. The issue is that the clutch no longer disengages where it should at the lower part of the pedal travel. When you press the pedal, it should disengage lower down, but now it disengages very high. I have to buy another clutch and pay labor again at a professional shop. Next time I will be much more careful. I'm making this warning so people do not fall for it blindly. If someone reads this review before deciding to go to that place, I hope they take it into consideration. Sorry if I said anything inappropriate; what is happening to me is very frustrating. My apologies if I didn't use the exact right words, but basically I'm trying to tell people to avoid that shop so they don't end up having a bad time, a bad month, and an expensive bad experience Please avoid this shop.

Villa and the English speaker wouldn't listen to me about my car just shutting off/stalling on the freeway & claimed twice that they fixed everything. After almost 1,000 spent, it was having the same issues, but worse. I was promised that they test drove it & I could take it on the freeway and that was a lie. I broke twice after they said it was fixed. I was trying to explain what issue kept arising & the guy kept cutting me off just saying it costs a lot of money. Literally just playing around in my car & not fixing the main issue. They just made a lot of money doing maintenance & now my car had been towed back home & basically totaled. I tried to tell them it may be the fuel injectors like another mechanic said , but they wouldn't listen to me because I'm a female & just went on replacing a bunch of stuff that wasn't the problem. They really ruined my car situation and now I have to get a new one. Money wastes and now my car is worse; I can't drive it in to a mechanic, now I have to tow it in. I'm figuring out what the next steps are to take because this is not right.

The second time i got rear ended and again because it was like a 7 car accident, the police report was taking foreverrr and the owner again , was patient with me and the insurance mess. Didn't mind holding my car for that time. The last time involved a moter cyclist and a drunk lady and I was a victim in the crash , the motorcyclist died and it was a insurance nightmare . The owner has been super patient as hell. I love this place

On May 10th, I hit something on the interstate & my bumper was cracked, broken & sagging. Stressed because my deductible is high, a friend recommended Ball Park Auto saying that she had previously had work done & they do a good job. Keep in mind, I went AGAINST my insurance's recommendations to bring it here. They had my car for 2 weeks. When I got it back, my entire car was dirty on the outside (which I can look past because where else would they have kept my car than outside) but what I couldn't look past was the ding in my door & the driver's side of my car was crazy dirty. They didn't place a mat down or anything. I called Ball Park & they offered to fix the damage & "clean" my car but they needed it for an ENTIRE day which was extremely inconvenient but fine. After getting it back, I got an oil change & noticed this rattling noise every time I went over a speed bump. Thinking it might've been my oil pan loose from the oil change, I took it to the oil change place & they told me my bumper was loose... odd but I called Ball Park & they offered to look at it. Ended up telling me that "clips were missing" from my bumper & that they fixed for me.. As soon as I drove off, I still heard it. I called my insurance & begged to have another place look at it. They ended up finding that the "missing clips" were STILL MISSING & my new grill that Ball Park so kindly replaced for me was CRACKED on the inside. Ball Park repainted my entire door from where it was dinged up & guess what? My entire passenger door now has air bubbles from the HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID. My bumper paint doesn't even match. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. IT ISN'T WORTH THE HASSLE AND THEY HALF ASSED JOB THEY DO. Now, I have to live with my passenger door looking off because not only could they not be considerate of my car being in their possession but they did a trash paint job & my insurance won't cover because IT WASN'T PART OF THE ACCIDENT DAMAGE. My insurance ended up waiving my deductible due to my HORRIBLE experience & covered the repairs at the other shop but if they didn't, I would've had to pay another deductible to fix Ball Park's shotty work. Picture for reference of all the repairs. Ball Park wouldn't be able to pay me to bring my car back here. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you.
