For example, I'm selling my 1986 classic BMW and the auction company wants photos of the entire undercarriage. They allowed me to put the car up on the hoist and take photos at no charge. Great Customer Service!!!! I called to see about bringing in my car for damage to the gravel shield. After the heavy rains recently we woke up to something hanging down underneath the car. I called on a Friday as they were closing so he advised me to bring the car in on Monday. On Monday he called to check up on me and if I still needed help. We brought the car in, he put it up and cut the pieces of the broken gravel shield off and checked for damages. Unfortunately the gravel shield wasnt salvageable. He gave us recommendations on what to do next and we were out in less than 15 minutes FREE OF CHARGE! Thank you Buddy for your professionalism and outstanding customer service!!!
