I had a hard time walking into the place (actually first trying to figure out how to get back there). so I was still parked out in front of the store. my legs were in so much pain and I felt like my left knee just gave out! to get back to the front of where I parked my car and to get it back to the auto care ( I thought this is going to be a nightmare if I have to get my car due to my pain!) thankfully Dan said he would get my car! as another employee pointed out this is not in our job description! all I can say is Dan is a stand up great employee! he definitely needs to be recognized for this incredible gesture! you don't find employees like that anymore! a big thank you to Dan for getting my car and the new tires are great! so surprising there are still people out there in the work force that go above & beyond!!! if I had to go back and get my car and bring it to the auto care location I probably wouldn't of made it to get new tires and just would of gone home. thank you Dan! I called to explain what happened and the attendant on the phone gave me attitude and said it was my fault for not coming in to have the lug nuts torqued on again. Stay far away from here.

What's funny, I never intended to actually buy the Crosstrek from here. But Tom, my sales guy is a real down to earth type of person. Kyle made sure to introduce himself to me when I was leaving on my first visit (that scored HUGE in my book). James sent a video in front of the Crosstrek I was buying (was it "hokey"...maybe) but it was still very thoughtful & personal. Zach was AMAZING with all the financial/warranty stuff. He took his time with me, wasn't rushed and in no hurry to get rid of me! Even Eric in Service was kind and very patient. I was crying towards the end of the deal. Happy tears, but still crying! I had intended to buy a Honda CR-V but the guy that waited on me didn't seem to interested in finding me the car with all the features I wanted. I then, decided on a Buick Encore. That dealership (on Van Dyke in Sterling Hts) will NEVER get a reference from me. I was in the dealership 15 minutes and NOT A SOUL acknowledged me at all!! I left. Next dealership, in Saginaw, for the Buick Encore, made a deal with them and while waiting for the delivery of the car, I found that SAME car on their website (with the same VIN#) for $5K LESS than what they were selling it to me for!!! I dropped off my Chevy equinox the last week of December 2024 to be repaired for collision and…read morepaint. The owner Kouder Abbass charged me a total of $3800. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
