    I was flirting with the idea of getting a Mustang convertible for a while. I finally decided it was time and I met a cool salesman Dave Curtiss. We talked numbers (out the door price and my trade in). I warned him I didn't want all the unnecessary accessories and/or add ons. He understood and reassured me they don't do that. Steve the finance manager asked a few questions and he and I asked if I wanted at least the wheel and tire protection. Unfortunately I had an incident with the previous vehicle and I had to pay out of pocket. So this add on is actually not bad to have considering Michigan roads and it's good for 7 or 8 years unlimited. Hopefully I don't use it but if I run over a nail or something my tire will be fixed or replaced. Overall the buying experience was great and I recommend the dealership and Dave.

    When in for an oil change. I showed up at 5:30 pm on a Thursday. I thought am I out of my mind I'm going to be here until they close at 9 . But good news there was no one waiting. The guy came out asked what I was in for, I told him and he said give me the keys and wait by the desk to fill out some paperwork . I went in ,he came back in in a matter of minutes. We filled out the paperwork and he take a seat it will be around an hour. Well I was there 53 minutes so the man didn't give me tall tale. So I was able to get back home well before 7. So thanks for quick prompt service.

    I lead a busy life. Russ Milne helped me cope with that the other day. I have a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid which I purchased new from Russ Milne Ford. It doesn't always get the attention it deserves, but I am pretty good on the maintenance end of things. Well, the battery gave me some trouble a couple months ago and I put it in the back of my mind to have it checked. Trouble reared it's ugly head again last week as I was preparing to leave on a road trip. I knew that Milne's service department was open till 9pm, so I decided to swing by and see if they could help me. A few questions about the source of my concern and they took it in. I was questioned about the age of my current battery and I offered up that it probably had not been changed since new. They said they would check on it for me. About 20 minutes later, my vehicle was brought back around. Apparently, it really was the original battery that I came in with and at 135,000 miles, I told them that I probably wouldn't have to put another battery in it again. Quick service and friendly service, as well as efficient and competent technicians make this my first dealership on the list when I require service. On a side note, in the showroom they have a couple 2006 GT-40s on display (and apparently for sale), as well as a supercharged Mustang convertible. Awesome cars! Ford still knows how to put the muscle in muscle cars!!

    I've passed by this place many times in the past so when my son needed some repair work done on his…read morevehicle, I recommended he try it for two reasons. It was close to where he lives and the reviews were good, although there were only two reviews at the time. Even though I didn't deal directly with them, I'm still able to write a review based on what transpired due to the fact that with our advice and guidance through a difficult repair, he was in close touch with us through the early processes of dropping it off for a quote. This was also the second facility he took his car to for an estimate so we knew what to expect from the first quote process and had the ballpark figure in mind as to how much it could/would be. After explaining one of the problems, they advised him there would be a charge to drive it around so they could make a better diagnosis. The first place he took it to didn't drive it around. They put it up on the hoist and could see what the problem was. The other issue was an electrical one and they told him there'd be a fee to check it out because of the time process involved in trouble shooting electrical problems. They didn't mention to him whether the fees would be subtracted from his total bill, nor did he ask. That's up to the repair facility to clearly inform the customer one way or the other whether the fee is subtracted at the end if the customer chooses to get the repair done at their facility. Needless to say, since they weren't clear on whether these were subtracted, we decided to have him try a third facility for another quote. The third facility is where the repair will be done because the fee for troubleshooting was explained clearly that if the car was repaired there, the fee would be deducted from the final bill. It was made clear and was understood without any further questions. The cost came in much lower than the first place he took it to, so this is how it was decided to go with that facility instead. I'm only rating this based on the process of wanting to have the car looked at and what the outcome of that first interaction was. Maybe other places charge fees to drive a car around, but we've had plenty of cars repaired in the past and were never told of this type of fee nor were we charged for that. So it caught me by surprise when my son called us with this information. Based on the two other excellent reviews from actual repairs and for clarification purposes, it sounds like they're a trusted place and have good prices and satisfied customers that would recommend them to others, but we didn't like what we heard in the beginning and decided to try another automotive repair facility. But that's why we have choices and that's why places offer quotes so the consumer can make an educated decision based on what they are told and can decide if the repair facility is a good fit and is a place they want their car fixed at.
