I've been coming to this place for YEARS and tonight was awful. Came to get a simple rinse off after a road trip, and after I left the tunnel my car had this oily residue all along the front of the mirror and then along the drivers side. I go to a man working the tunnel who was already lackluster and barely spraying cars down and he told me to clean it myself!!!! Like WTF? Then I told him I'm not doing that and I need another rinse. He said he couldn't do it and began to get angry at me!! He told me to pull around and I sat there and walked over to me and asked if I was sitting there to pay again? Again WTF? I said no. He needs to give me a rinse. He said he couldn't do it and to back my truck allllll the way back out to call the manager. The manager finally walked up and he didn't offer an apology or anything. His only comment was "I'll have to run you through a cheaper one". Like OK? I don't care what you do, just fix it. Awful costumer service, management is rude, condescending and fail to do right to the costumer who consume and use their services. Been in one of their monthly membership of Unlimited since April of last year but not getting too much use of it towards October - December. Moving forward, I went there back in December, and since I had to get rid of my old car and didn't have the opportunity to remove the sticker, I approached them to ask for a cancellation of the membership at the moment and a refund. I WAS TOLD BY THEM AND PROMISED I will get a refund after coming to an agreement for the month of December, the guy who helped me did mention they usually don't do that and he was doing an exception. Mind you, this was something they themselves said they would do, and after requesting some information they told me I'd receive a check on the mailbox within a week. I didn't receive anything and moving forward, I realized they were STILL CHARGING MY CARD. Now, it's February and I went in again and give them the details and I immediately found myself receiving petty attitude and being cut off mid talking. They said they would only pay me the months of January and February but they refuse to refund December. I find myself upset by the way I was treated and extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of such an interaction. If you can't deliver don't say or promise. I know costumer always wants to be right and this cannot always be the case, but again, I wouldn't have expected to get a refund if I was not told so I would do so. One star because I cannot give zero for their unprofessionalism and poorly costumer service. read more

Been a monthly member here for probably 6-7 years for my GMC Sierra and my wife's Lincoln MKX and Friday my wife couldn't get it to work and no one available to check the office computer for my account. my card on file doesn't expire until late 2026 and they take the 2 payments like clockwork every month but now it won't open the gate and I told them payments already processed! My wife had to pay to go through the new one closer to our home to get bird poo off her car. no one answers the phone at the Grand Prairie location and no voicemail set up, and had to leave a voicemail for the corporate office in Fort Worth. Terrible way to run your business! Will be changing over to the new car wash closer to our house! read more

My wife brought our SUV to the car wash yesterday and was disappointed with the experience. The smell inside the wash area was bad and she had to try three different vacuums to find one that worked. She had to step around trash and candy that was littered around the vacuum bays. It was made worse by customers with their car stereos cranked up with vile lyrics. This is a significant drop in quality that the business has sustained for many years. read more

Overall great car wash. Great wait times, clean, great employees. This car wash has a lot of amenities others might lack.

THEY SUCK BUT THEIR VACUUMS DONT Mediocre at best, your car will be dripping wet because the blowers are trash and you roll through so fast. My handheld dust buster puts their vacuums to shame so the fact that it's free doesn't really matter. They raised the price by a dollar but not the quality. I know they will try and rebuttal by saying how much customers love them but nothing they say here or on google reviews will change my mind. read more

Quick, reasonably priced car wash with a free vacuum. I have come to this car was three or four times now. I generally come on Sunday morning and there hasn't been a line. The price is good. After you get done, you can choose to vacuum your car. If you haven't gone before, you'll enter and go to your right. You'll come behind the car was to pay, then enter. I went to the Grand Prairie car wash to get my 1999 GMC truck washed this morning (7/14/2020). I choose the $12 wash and as I was going through the car wash I heard a knock in the rear truck bed. When I got out of the car wash I noticed my rear top cab lens laying in the bed. I immediately went to the office to advise the manager of the damage. He came out not wearing a mask and said there was nothing he could do because my truck was too old. Does that mean that older vehicles should not get washed at your car wash because they may get damaged? I have pictures if you want to look at the damage. I look forward to your immediate response. I was cleaning the tires and drying the car with towels and he said we couldn't do that , we were taking a long time when there's PLENTY of room for cars to park and clean out there car(s) . It's a car wash for goodness sake why can't I clean and put detail on my car!! Mind you that I'm pregnant and he's arguing with my husband about something so little like this !!! This place will be trash until the gm is out the picture because that's poor customer service !!! And he took a video and picture of my husband without permission !!!!! Since moving to central GP a few months back, I have been trying to find businesses closer to my new home. My car was in dire need of a wash and vacuum but I just did not feel like driving 10 minutes south (and directly into a highly congested area) to my normal car wash. On my journeys up and down Pioneer over the years, I remembered this particular car wash. I decided to pop in and try this place out. When I drove up, the line was short and the vacuum stations were abundant. There was an attendant at the machine where you pay to help you make a selection of which wash and possibly help direct traffic. The different wash packages start at $5 and go up to $11. You can also add different services for an additional fee. Since my car was grimy on the outside I opted for the $8 service. Driving through the car wash is just like any other standard drive through car wash. Afterwards, you turn into the vacuum area. There is a posted time limit of 5 minutes at the vacuum. Most other places are 10. When finished, you back out and are free to go. Watch out for other cars though because the traffic flow is awkward in that respect. Despite that, I will be back for a reasonably priced wash and vacuum that is close to my home. read more

Detailing my car for sale, I was there over an hour...and all 3 people working there were very friendly and helpful. I washed it the day before and was thinking I'd have to pay for the wash again if I wanted to use the amazingly strong and abundant vacuums, but I was welcome there. They asked several times if they could help, and they DID help when my car battery was dead (because I left the lights and radio on the whole time). In order of who I met first...Andre, Gabriel, and Ramon from the Philippines are all great there. It's a very friendly, helpful, good natured place, and I like that. I just moved here, and it makes me think Grand Prairie is going to be a friendly place to live. Especially if Ramon likes it, because he's from one of the most beautiful places on this planet. Their service is unreliable. Brought vehicle in for a wash under my 'unlimited' car wash plan and left with an unwashed car on several parts of the car. Brandon, the manager even admitted that the car was not washed thoroughly, but since I had already washed the car earlier in the day there wasn't anything he could do. How is an unlimited plan limited to how your car gets washed? How does management answer with, 'there's nothing I can do'. The personnel at this location are not management material. They are rude and unresponsive. They expect us to pay for a service, but don't care if our cars get cleaned properly. read more

Ive been coming here a while now, and this is the second time I went through the car wash and it BROKE my thing where you put air in the tire!( sorry don't know the name). The 1st time I just went to get it fix but again. I went to say something to the African American guy and he said there no way his machine did that. And I said "there's no way I went through this machine with a flat tire and broken nozzle". He refused to acknowledge that his machine did it. I come here and have been for awhile with no issues. I washed my car today and after washing it, there was a considerable amount of bird-doo left in my car. I went to the office asked Gabe for assistance. I told him the issue and he spent time telling me what and where they spray bug remover. I reiterated that I just paid to wash my car(and not the cheap one) and the amount of bird-doo on the right sode of my car. He said, "well, we don't do rewashes but, I can give you a rag and a spray bottle to wipe down that side." I looked at him hoping this Texas heat had taken a toll on him and this is why he answered the way he did. He assured me that was my only solution. I assured him it wasn't and will be going to the car wash down the street. Wow read more

The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude and refused to assist me with a problem I was having in purchasing a new monthly wash plan. Apparently, there was an issue with the system not allowing me to purchase a new plan, possibly because I currently have a plan on a different vehicle but with the same card that is currently on file. I offered to use a different card but I was told "we don't want to sell to you" then was sent away. Since I did attempt to purchase the plan on my own, there was a pending transaction for the amount of the plan with my bank. I requested for the manager to give me back the receipt - to keep for my records - and instead he offered to make me a copy. I accepted. However, I wanted further clarification as to why there was even an issue with my purchase but the manager refused to explain it to me. He continued to argue with me so I asked him to cancel my existing plan since he was unwilling to help me and he said he was "okay with losing me as a customer" - essentially TWO customers since I was purchasing a new plan for my husband's vehicle. read more

For a $16 "Diamond" wash, I wouldn't have expected my car to be dripping wet and still have soap all over it. Would be nice if they offered hand drying or hand tire cleaning. The vacuums also had zero suction, so I gave up on that. I stopped in at this place on a whim, but def won't be back. There are much better carwashes nearby. read more

Easy to find off the main street. The wash associate was friendly and welcoming. For a $5 automated car wash it had a good Soapy Suds up, rise, and dryer. Your wash includes free vacuuming under a small shaded area. For the price point works for me. On vacation so I refuse to kick it in a dirty car. Thanks Speed Clean! read more

I'm writing this review 3 weeks later than I intended to but that's how exemplary my experience was that I cannot stop thinking about it or talking about it. I am an active duty service member and was getting ready to ship overseas which meant that I had to put my car in storage. Prior to storage you have to have it cleaned to certain specifications. The car wash nearby was going to charge me an arm and a leg and it was going to be a few hours. I thought instead I'd press my luck and try to clean it myself instead. That's where this haven came into play. I had a dead butterfly on my grill and the sweetest man named Joseph went out of his way to help me with the prep for the car wash. Then I chose the car wash with the undercarriage cleaning and wax. My car came out sparkling in just a few minutes. I couldn't believe what an outstanding job the automatic wash did. Then :::drumroll:: I used the FREE vacuum and cleaned the interior like it was nobody's business. My car was cleaner than the other car wash could have done and for a fraction of the price. My only regret is that I don't live in Dallas otherwise I'd become a member instantaneously and have my car washed at least once a week. So if you, please do it for me & I can live vicariously through you. p.s. this establishment is super military/police friendly and are SO respectful. I don't always receive such respectful treatment & it was such a breath of fresh and humbling to see someone (Joseph) so appreciative. read more

I've been coming to this location for a little less than a year, I've seen a lot. The guy who runs the place who is always wearing khaki pants and a black shirt with those ugly ass Harry Potter glasses is a complete jerk who just walks around seeing who he can pick on. (Bad business). He got upset with me because I used the water out of the water faucet to wet my rag so I'm able to fully dry my car, (since the blowers in the tunnel don't completely dry the car) he told me it costs money for the water Keep in mind I've been spending about $20/month to wash my car there. I've gone to this car wash 4 times in the past couple weeks because it's that good! I've even recommended it to people who have had the same great experiences. $5 car wash and free vacuums- once got the $5 even though my car was incredibly dirty and still looked great. This is the car wash that I always come to. It is conveniently located near my house. I love the free vacuum that comes with the car wash. The staff was friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. Um hello, if I'm gonna wash the bird poop off my car then I might as well wash the whole car myself.
