The employees at this location are some of the most inhumane human beings I have come across in my life. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! The worst I've ever experienced. Not being able to assist is one thing, but to go to the window, point and laugh at a disabled woman, her small children, and an older gentleman trying to fix the problem in the rain is cruel and definitely unusual. I am sure that the corporate office, franchise, GMs, and managers would not appreciate such negativity, HATE, and discrimination to a brand they have worked so hard to uphold. Last night at the speedco location in Brunswick, ga i went in to have a few things completed. I wanted a dot inspection done on the truck and trailer, fuel and oil filters changed, and 2 tires on the trailer replaced. All this ended up taking 8 HOURS to complete. The mechanics in the shop would literally disappear and make us sit for hours for simple jobs. Please read the Google reviews for this location it appears Management there doesn't care about how long a customer sits and waits or how long their employees disappear for. Either way around 9pm last night I finally got done and paid my bill. I never got the invoice for my tires which was billed to crownsource. I went to leave and just barely pulled on the main road and my truck would not go above 20 mph. I pulled on the shoulder and tried again and still it wouldn't go above 20mph. The engine light did briefly come on at this time as well. I got on the 95 north ramp and pulled over again.  This time I called the road service number and was connected with the shop. I told them they put on the wrong filters on my truck. They wanted me to come back but I was on the ramp for the interstate in a truck that couldn't get above 20 and the next exit was 7 miles down. They sent someone out to me to look at it. He didn't bring the correct filters with him. All he did was purge the filters to see if any air was in them which I didn't see if there was. I told him these are the wrong filters and he proceeded to argue with me telling me they're the same which they're not.  After a few min he told me that he couldn't help me and left me on the side of the road. I called the TA there in Brunswick and waited several hours for them to arrive. During this time I located the correct filters that I had . When TA arrived he took off the filters the speedco installed and put mine on. I looked at the fuel water separator filter the speedco put on and immediately knew it wasn't the correct one. My truck uses k371004 and they installed k371012 which are not the same.  After changing both filters the truck was primed and ran perfectly fine after that. Since both filters got changed I'm not 100% sure which one or both were the issue but I know for a fact at least the fuel water separator filter they installed was at least part of the problem. I would like to be completely reimbursed for the TA road call and the filters I provided. During the dot inspection I believe they falsified the inspection due to no one going underneath and having me apply the brakes to measure brake stroke. I'm going to have it redone when I get back home so I'd like that refunded as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Ok I admit. I have had some disrespectful communication from the receptionist at the Brunswick location without cause. On yesterday 3/14/24 I received decent conversation and darn excellent repair care. From everyone I dealt with on that date. And if I can complain when the service if lousy . If I can give them zero stars that would be the best. Second time being here for a blow out tire and they tell me 1 hour of waiting time and turns out to be 4+ hours of waiting to switch a single tire. The workers take breaks every five minutes. They do not have a supervisor watching them. So you see them slacking off all day long. You ask them how much long they are gonna take and they tell you 20-30 minutes and hours go by and you're sitting there waiting. If you want to waste your time this is the best place to come too. 100% recommend it. read more

Q: If I bring in my motor home tomorrow do you have the filters on hand to do an oil change on a Cummins ISC? A: No, we used to have Baldwin filters for the ISC, but since Loves bought us we got rid of those and now have none. Q: If I supply the filters, how much will the oil change cost? A: Price quote. Q: Does that quote include the price of the filters? A: Yes it does. Great as a comedy routine, but as a means of running a business it is an even bigger joke. Who is managing the store??? With the Loves purchase, Speedco seems to be swirling down the toilet. How can you be in the oil change business and not have filters for common engines? Needless to say, I did not go back. Despite excellent experiences at the Valdosta/Lake Park location, I will never bother with this Speedco again. read more

Our RV broke down and these guys went above and beyond to try to get us on our way again. Terry worked on it for several hours. Kyle was also great. I stopped in here with my motorhome for oil changes on my engine and generator. They had me in and out in just over an hour. They do a very professional job and the price was great. They also do tires, which I will check into when I need them. read more

The worse Speedco on USA Just stopped by for an oil change they close at 10 pm checked in 9 pm First told me i have to wait around 3 hours because of the waiting peoples to change tires i said ok no problem i can wait I'm going to sleep there don't have to drive any more Then the supposed Manager Miki Cheny told me from a complete oil change from around 266$ plus taxes and anything extra if needed can be around 400$ and much more lol when i typically paid around 300$ something short Conclusion if you guys don't want to work after 9 pm when you close at 10 pm just go home at 6 pm Finally paid 302$ read more
