I called a few more, again no response. Were the procrastination gods cursing me? Feeling desperate, I turned to yelp and looked up few more. Within one day, I received a return call from Richard with Ardon Vinyl. Pheew! After our first conversation, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with him. I was very impressed by his smart questions, his patience with my complete ignorance to the process, and his professionalism. To be honest, I was soooo nervous about an expensive custom design installation on the other side of the country and required a lot of hand holding; Richard was there for me-- emailing at off-hours on the east coast in order get back to me, keeping in touch with how it was going, and making great suggestions.
