These are the friendly people I've ever encountered. Mick was the representative that I worked with today, and they just brighten your day here. It's funny, because I randomly do not live anywhere remotely near this area, but I was here a year ago, and I thought the same exact thing about the staff. To the point that I actually remember the staff from last year as well. Overall, I think that this store should give a raise to literally all of their employees because if someone can remember employees names from a year later, I think that really says something about the store. i had the best experience at this place. I think his name was stanley but should be called Stan the Man. He was busy but dropped everything he was doing and ran up to the counter. There were 3 people in this place and they all seemed to be busy on this day. They were all wearing masks and by the looks of it they had just cleaned the counter as a preventative covid measure. I can't believe i give a shit about this, but this is where i am at this point as a 50 year old, in great health i might add. I was in need of sending out a sale i had made on ebay, this device was fragile so to speak and Stan the Man made sure it was packaged properly and in good hands / bubble so to speak. I'm not sir if he does this for everyone but i felt like i was the only one that mattered to be honest. I pay attention to details when it comes to how i am treated as a consumer, because one day when i grow up i am going to treat people better than average. The art of conversation is gone, these kids whatever generation they are have lost the ability to hold a conversation and mostly have their heads buried in a phone. So when someone like Stan comes along and makes me feel like more than just a customer, it doesn't go unnoticed. The price was right for the materials he supplied me with, he didn't try to up sell me and i left not feeling taken, like i have in some UPS stores. Fed Ex should hire more guys like this and this store had everything. It was clean, organized and has plenty of parking. What more can you ask for? On a street that looks like Las Vegas had a child Route 1 has seen its share of stores come and go, let's hope this sticks around and the crew that was on board this day does too.... read more

I arrived to ship a package, was about 5 pm on a Saturday. Tim, the only person on duty, was busy dealing with some kind of printing order. He didn't care I was standing there to ship a package and kept doing his print job (not doing much while doing it) and then he finally came over and tried to tell me it would be $48 to ship a 16 lb package 2000 mi to Texas. WHAT! No way! I checked the website when I got home, should have been $28. VERY surprised this happened as I've been to this location before and always had great service. It's not all Tim's fault as what is with just one employee at 5 pm on a Saturday? Seriously? But Tim's lack of Customer Service really made me not want to use FedEx....so I didn't. This won't be over here, I'll be complaining to FedEx directly about it. read more

EDITED: When I contacted the production department with my complaint via email, I received a prompt response and an explanation of the copyright of playing cards (even one I created myself). Even though this project ended up being shelved, I am thankful for the help that the production department gave me in the end. I have revised my review to reflect this. (original review): I've submitted many, many files to various print shops on behalf of my design clients, including to Kinko's/FedEx Office. I am not familiar with this particular location, but it is convenient to my current client, so I sent an email with files, specifications, and specific instructions to contact me should any file issues arise. Five hours later, my client called me; he had been told that an image we used (the back art of a poker playing card) was copyright protected. Of course, I'm not arguing that; it didn't even occur to me to check the artwork. What really ticks me off is that, despite specific instructions to contact me, this Production department failed to mention something that would have resulted in a very quick correction (sending another non-copyrighted pattern to use). Due to their lack of communication we lost a lot of time, needlessly. I find this very, very annoying. read more

If I could rate with more stars, I would. FedEx print center was a HUGE help with some last-minute wedding tasks. I used a lovely invitation/stationary shop for my wedding invitations, but their prices for church programs and menu cards seemed a bit over-the-top. The shop owner warned me more than once that I would have to order these items "ten weeks in advance". After speaking with a few bride friends who used FedEx, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. We now have beautiful, classic programs and menu cards that match our color scheme and exceed our expectations! Friendly, clear service. And the timing was amazing. I had a large poster printed here for my wedding seating chart. The artist sent us a PDF. Within 10 minutes of arriving it had been printed at the proper size, and it was mounted on paperboard by the end of the day. It was a welcome relief from typical wedding planning stress. read more

I hadn't read the reviews for this fedex location til after I went there to pick up a package for work. The staff was rude and gave me a hard time, even though I had the tracking number, knew who the pkg was addressed to, and had to leave to use the content of the pkg for my work that day. We stopped at this Fedex Office location because it was conveniently located along broadway and we were on our way to Petco and Target. My fiance had a scientific poster she needed to print for a presentation later this week. The lady that greeted us was very unenthusiastic about her job and pretty much rude. She did not seem very educated in the options available for poster printing, nor interested in actually helping us get one printed. We decided to cut our losses, move on, and get it printed later in town. I usually find the employees to be pretty helpful at Fedex Office. Maybe it was because it was early on Sunday morning, or she was just having a bad day. Better luck next time. read more

This FedEx office has the Worst Customer Service!! I lost my tracking # and called them 2 days ago to see if they could find my package, the girl at the FedEx office said yes and would call me back! She never called back and I called again and some young man said he could not track a package for me!! Crazy!! I'm usually good with keeping my receipts but for some reason I misplaced it! FedEx is not assessable to the disabled or handicapped here is why. My brother is in the hospital with cancer. We don't plan these things so of course he ordered something online before he knew he would be hospitalized long term. I went to pick up his package and the clerk Rudy was absolutely impossible to deal with. When I asked to pick up the package she scoffed, and said we can't let you pick it up, company policy. I had the slip and offered to face time him and he could show his ID from his hospital bed. Again, Rudy cold and rude with the company policies. I was in tears trying to do something so simple to help someone that is ill and not able to retrieve their purchase. FedEx , Rudy shame on you for ignorance. Probably the worst FedEx location I've ever been to. The team is rude, unhelpful, and has a 'not my problem' attitude. On top of it all, it is 9:45am and I'm currently sitting in front of their store waiting for them to open - they are supposed to open at 9am. Not the first time this has happened. So, I've given this place 3 tries now. The employees absolutely suck at customer service. The apathy that reeks from every pore of Tim's incompetent body stinks. Jess, the other employee, while somewhat helpful acts like she would rather be anywhere else but working for Kinko's. Maybe they get paid crap, maybe their boss is a jerk but neither one of these people should be working in customer service. I will drive out of my way to go to Peabody store next time. My only hope is that Apple or any other company that has good customer service opens up printing stores and puts Kinko's out of business. Guess what? I went there to print out a simple return label to send to New York, I went in there and asked for one and they looked at me like I'm an alien. Karen, who was a rude lady, said use the computers, and then she walks away. I get on the computers and I don't even know what option to choose. I find the store manager, Osman, and I ask him for help, he provided the right instructions, but as I was putting in he info and it didn't go through he said "keep trying it usually takes a few times" to the point where I was locked from making an account. He tells me to call customer service and they helped me 10000x more than the store did. But I still wasn't able to make a return label, I spent 2 hours on the phone with FedEx, and they ended up telling me to do it though register. Osman tried to help me and when it didn't go through he just left the store. There were 4 employees there. Karen, Kevin, Osman, and a new employee in training, none of them took the time to approach me or try to help me with everything I needed. They gave me one word answers and walked away, plus never asked me for further assistance. I spent a total of 4 hours with no return label, a locked FedEx account and my bank card to be locked due to suspicious activity because I followed wrong instructions. But the end of my visit their systems shut down and I got nothing done. I ended up going to UPS up the street, the guy there filled out my return label FOR ME, and event sent it out through fax AND email for me to where it needed to go in less than 10 minutes. This place is a nightmare of a customer service experience. Went here on the evening of 6/20 and the morning of 6/21 to pick up some prints I emailed in to pick up. I had to ship a package that would take three business days to arrive at the destination. I went to this FedEx store to ship. The pickup time was stated on the website as 6pm. I arrived at 5:45pm. There were two customers ahead of me. The clerk was apparently unfamiliar with something on their computer, so she called the manager over to help. They spent at least 5 minutes on it. Then the only customer in front of me picked up something. By the time i got up to the counter, the driver had just checked out and left. It was only about 5:55 when this happened. I called the clerk out on this, but she indicated that the package would be going out tomorrow instead. This was due to her ineptitude. Clerk was very unfriendly and obviously didn't want to be there. Don't post something on the website and then have it end 5 minutes earlier than stated. 5 minutes makes a huge difference, in fact one business day's worth of difference. I'll never go here again at this time, maybe noon would be better? read more
