Great Service if you need to have any work done go see Tommy Stark in service. I have a 2023 F-150 and they have taken great care of it.

I was informed that I could bring my truck in for a recall repair without an appointment. Since I knew the service department opened at 7:30 a.m., I arrived shortly after 7:00 a.m. to ensure I was there early, as I have a very busy schedule caring for my mother, who has dementia. When I arrived, I was unsure where to go. I entered through the service entrance and went to the building marked "Service Here," with an arrow pointing toward the door. However, there were no signs indicating where customers should park or line up before opening. An older gentleman in a white truck, wearing a white shirt, parked next to me. I politely asked if he worked there. After asking twice, he replied yes. I then asked where the service department was, and while pointing toward the door, he responded in an aggravated tone, "The door that says service." When I asked where customers were supposed to line up, he told me to park under the covered awning in a manner that was not polite or welcoming. At the previous Griffin Ford service location before the fire, customers would pull up to the service bay and wait until opening time. Since this new location has different traffic flow and no clear signage, I do not believe my questions were unreasonable. Unfortunately, this employee made me feel like I was an inconvenience and treated me as though I should have already known what to do. When I finally went inside, Heath Stephens took my information. While he handled the process, he was not particularly welcoming, and by that point I simply wanted to have the recall completed and leave. Customer service is the backbone of any successful business. A simple explanation such as, "Yes, park under the awning and come inside at 7:30 a.m., and we'll take care of you," would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and work to improve the customer experience for future visitors. I'm very disappointed. We took our car in to get work done on it. 3 weeks later, we have a massive oil leak and are told are the head gaskets and need to have them replaced and will cost $5,000. We never had any oil leak before we took our car in. It took them almost 2 weeks to look at it. Once they "figured out the issue" and discussed with them why there was a problem with the head gaskets when we got the work done they stated our car was 100% perfect now. They never called us again, took them another week till we finally gave up and went to get our car. I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I would not recommend it at all. read more

Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission. read more

I made an appointment on Friday for a Saturday morning front alignment. I took my truck to them on Saturday morning and dropped it off, I didn't get a call until closing time saying that their alignment machine was down and that they couldn't get to my truck until Monday morning. I'm thinking that I'll be the first in line on Monday but after about noon I called the service rep. and she stated that they'll get to it later because they have other appointments. I stated; "But I had an appointment on Saturday". I didn't get angry, I just went to the dealership and picked up my vehicle, and took it elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more

Stood and waited and waited for two people who worked there to even acknowledge me. Finally someone walked out, walked right t by me without saying anything. I kept standing there. The guy that walked right by me said Sir, has anyone waited on you. I said no. He apologized for walking right by me. He said, "Sir, have you been waited on? I said no. He said I apologize for ignoring you. I said that's ok...everyone else has! He said... How can I help you? " I said I have these recalls from Ford. He said oh, we don't have the parts come back in a week. I was so irritated I will drive to another Ford dealership and never buy one for this company. Never purchased a vehicle from this dealer I doubt I ever will due to this experience. read more

I have been a very loyal customer for 10+ years. My 2012 Fusion has a service recall for the front passenger airbag. The first letter about this I received over 2 years ago. At that time I was told no parts available and they would contact me when they are available. Last week, I received a letter from Ford stating that the parts are becoming available and repairs would be done during the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2018. They also said that I was eligible for a rental vehicle for up to $30.00 a day. Speedway Ford uses the local Enterprise rental company. Checking their website, that rate would only cover. Sub compact, and maybe a compact vehicle. Much smaller than my Fusion. After 2 phone calls to Ford's national customer service folks, Ford has changed the amount to $44.00 a day, which should cover a comparable vehicle. The major issue is the lackadaisical attitude and effort of the service department at Speedway. When I buy a vehicle from a dealership, I fully expect the service department to be a part of the sale. If you're of the same mindset as me, you will be just as disappointed as I am. I will be looking at a different dealership very soon! read more

So very slow. I had to bring my car in for service and left it for over a week. It still wasn't fixed when I returned to pick it up and I had to wait an additional two hours to get it. If all this weren't bad enough the price was over $100.00 than was anticipated. As a result I would not recommend bringing your car here for service. read more

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Speedway Ford! Each one of the employees that helped me went above and beyond the call of duty. I love my Ford Escape. Walter Wolfe was very professional and accommodating. He did a great job finding exactly what I wanted, and also helped with all the new "razzle dazzle" features that the car had.. Was very patient to show me how to work the features.. Speedway Ford will continue to get my business. I went to speedway ford to look at some cars. I meet Jimmy Creath and he could not have made my experiance any better. He made me feel like family. He understood what I wanted and needed. He was very respectable to me. I have never been treated so good by anybody trying to sell me something. I never felt pushed into buying a car. After purchasing SEVEN brand new Ford Vehicles from this dealership they really treated me poorly and let me down on my Seventh. My seventh purchase from this dealership was a 2012 F150. At 9,000 miles it started having a severe vibration at interstate speeds. After EIGHT trips to their service department, it is still not fixed!! On several of these trips three of my wheels were damaged. Ford finally convinced them to repair the wheels, only after the General Manager accused me of having the damage done at different shop and refusing to doing anything. Well the repair of the wheels went horrible. I now have four different color wheels and they will not replace the wheels they damaged. This was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had, and I have bought several cars over the years. I usually dread car shopping because of pushy salespeople, bait and switch tactics, and "I have to ask the manager" games. However this was so different. Yonathan Alemu was the salesperson I dealt with, initially through 3 days of emails. I contacted several dealers at the beginning of the week, and he was the most cooperative, found the car with the exact features I wanted, and offered me a great price on the car, my trade in, and financing - no games. I picked up my 2015 Ford Focus Titanium this morning. Yonathan and everyone at the dealership could not have been more accommodating. And no last minute surprises or add-on fees. I am very happy with my new car and my car buying experience.
