Keith was great and helped work with me price wise to get work done to my vehicle when I was in a bind. I definitely recommend this place.

The guy that takes the money that sits in the front was nasty to me. He gave me a price a few days ago for a Rack and Pinion and Alignment service. Then when I went back to have the work done, the price went up to almost $100 extra dollars. Ripoff and Dishonest. I brought outer tire rods for the mechanic to put on since he had to take the old ones off to do the service. I asked for my old part back. The guy that sits up front tried to put a greasy dirty box with my parts in it in my hand. I asked him to put it in a bag or box because I do not want the grease on my hands. He angrily walked past me and went out to my car and went inside my car and popped my trunk. I followed him and said, You will not disrespect me and go in my car, especially after giving you my business twice.. And the mechanic did not align my vehicle correctly and he did not tighten the outer tie rod bolt that connects to the inner tie rod. It spins by touch. So this is dangerous because it can separate from the car and cause an accident. I will not return to this place. read more

I feel that I over paid for both services I had done at this place. I never had a comfortable feeling at this place. It was recommended that I replace the engine which would cost 10K+. I took my F150 to another shop and I was told that the Auto Zone coils that x-pert installed, were not right for my truck and they put the correct Motorcraft coils in as well as replaced a bad injector (which x-pert never informed me of) and my truck is now up and running. X-pert told me that the coils were purchased from the dealer (not Auto Zone) and from what I remember, the parts were over $400. So, over 3 grand later, my advice to you is if you get a bad vibe when you walk into this place, if your not feeling the owners energy, then leave. I should have listened to my gut when I first came but I had my car towed there and did not want to tow elsewhere. read more

I brought my vehicle here to be serviced. I thought I could get it done while I wait but the place was booked so I ended up leaving it and taking an uber home. The front desk agent Keith or Kevin was respectful and professional with a sense of good humor. One of the other customers arriving has been bringing her car there for years and seemed satisfied and that made me comfortable. Unfortunately by the time they got to my car it was picked up on the third day. But I approved the work that was done it was an old car. It now runs beautifully $$$ but the work and warrant for the parts are covered for one year. Thank You guys read more

They are not mechanics they are thieves who promise you that they are going to do a good job and once they have your car they will charge you a bunch of money even more than a dealer would they will break a part or forget to put a part back on and cause something else to go wrong and expect you to pay for their mistakes this shop are not mechanics or professional they're just after your money ASE I don't think so when you get your ASE certification you have to renew it and all mechanics in the shop should be ASE certified if you are going charge top dollar you should have top class A mechanics in your shop not backyard mechanics I would not let this shop work on my kids bike let alone my car ever again after ripping me off for almost $5,000 for installation and removal of a engine on a Maserati and my car is seating in my driveway since the day I picked up my car from that shop I believe they didn't even change the motor it's still having the same problem and I can't even register the car because of the check engine light on with multiple things going on unfortunately I wasn't able to do anything because I got sick and couldn't do much but to God the glory I am better than I was a little over a year ago that I couldn't even write a review but I serve a mighty God and he has all our numbers and know that they will pay for all their wrong doing, my fellow friends, brothers and sisters in Christ stay away from this shop their are better shops and honest ones in Stockbridge and our surrounding areas . Total Rip-off. My Toyota van had 3 lights on: Engine, VSC and Tire pressure. The diagnostic costed $85.00 - not very cheap comparing with Toyota dealers services in the Atlanta area. Services fees $430.00 very comparable with Toyota dealership services center. But the material that would be over priced if I had paid $250,00 - I end up being charged about $1,000.00 and the owner, Keith ( I think) said this parts must be changed each 6,000 miles. Ok, 1 package of Coil-On-Plug Coil normally with 6 plugs and includes the Spark Plug. I was charged separated for both. The Coil-On-Plug Coil $133.88 EACH (this means: multiplied 6 X). The Spark Plug (included in the original parts packaged) $21.99 (each) x 6!!!!!! The total with taxes: $1,508.35. Just so you know, I changed a radiator about 3 months ago in a Camry, in a Toyota Dealership in South Atlanta, including labor, original new material and warranties for $900. After all the car had to stay over night and my son`s relative is a mechanic and said I was charged at least 8 times more than all honest mechanic shop would charged. read more
