Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. Ever since new ownership took over, I feel like the quality of this place has gone down. Or at least the quality of the food has gone down. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. I had ordered the peach drink and I got some berry one. I also order a plain bagel with cream cheese for someone and it barely had any cream cheese.

The drive-thru is very efficient and the customer service is always fast and friendly. They have a little trivia question at the window that you can think about while you wait. Very chill and casual drive-thru experience and, hey, I learned a bit of interesting information for the day. I actually guessed correctly with the trivia question and was very amused. Lol. Well, then came Scooters Orange Park! It came to the mound on this day and it actually threw me a vicious change up I couldn't resist! At first, when I drove up to the drive thru menu, I actually ordered my usual white mocha latte blended version with whipped cream! But as I looked further, right next to it is a sign that lists the Scooter baristas favorites. I was quickly drawn to the two that had a white chocolate foundation and put a stop the presses on my original order! I saw one that was a white chocolate foundation latte, coconut (syrup), plus an extra shot of espresso - order changed! Whether dark or white chocolate, I'm always going to get a latte like this with coconut if a coffee shop offers it! Yes, I got the whipped cream too! In honesty, this stop was greatly necessitated after a medical procedure I experienced previously down the road that kind of shook me up a little bit. Yes, it turned out well, but I needed recovery and this Orange Park Scooters hit a home run on this day! The blend was perfect, along with the taste. The extra espresso shot is necessary because this is super sweetened beverage. But oh my is it a great one! I get to come back in the near future and get another one too! This Scooters shop is in a great location, right at the crossing of I-295 and Park/Roosevelt Avenues. Coming up Park Avenue, it's easy to drive in get your beverage. Just make a right turn out of the lot and you're virtually at the highway entrance either direction. This coffee shop looks great from exterior on both sides. And the spacing of the drive thru and parking spaces is easy to navigate. The baristas are enthusiastic! And gave me a spectacular and creative beverage on a morning I really needed something to pick me up! Great job Orange Park Scooters! Looking forward to my next visit!
