Cute little coffee place with a little souvenir shop inside. In March, I stopped by in the early morning after a night in the mountains and got some espresso to wake up. The coffee was pretty good. Had a nice chat with the guy who was serving customers. He told me that they sell a little vial of melted snow water in the souvenir shop (apparently an inside joke lol!). He let me try jams and told me about the lady who makes them. Great sales skills - I walked out with a jar of golden yellow plum jam - decadent! Wasn't fooled into the snow water though The jam was worth the $20 because it brightened up my day for weeks after every time I ate it. When I recently returned 3 months later for the same routine, there were more employees on staff, taking good care of their customers. I had a little chat with a local lady about the winter weather in the area And the guy from last time remembered me too. We had a little catch up chat, which was so welcoming and neighborly. I love this about smaller communities. I'll be back for sure next time I'm driving through. Can't wait for the jams to come back in stock. They also serve smoothies and sandwiches for breakfast and have an outside seating area next to the building. All in all, I recommend you to stop by and check it out, support local businesses and buy some coffee and jam! read more

This place was terrible, frazier park must have low standards. Got a mocha which was all watered down and tasted like iced coffee. The girl at the counter asked me a million questions about what I wanted in it, a mocha is a popular standardized drink it shouldn't be that difficult to order one. Took forever to get, service is incredibly slow. The bagel sandwiches look nothing like the picture, they're super small I could make a better one at home. Won't be stopping here anytime soon yikes! read more

I can't comprehend why this place has bad reviews. We went 2 days in row and will be back every time we are in the area. The lattes were REALLY delicious and perfectly made! Highly recommend the oat milk hazelnut latte, the vanilla latte and the oat milk iced chai. Don't skimp...get the cold foam! These drinks were some of best we have had in a long time. We also got breakfast bagels. They were good, not great, but were tasty and hit the spot. I'm looking forward to trying other food options next time. The service is very friendly. Ryan helped us and gave good recommendations. For people complaining about the slowness of the food preparation and how the bagels don't look like the pictures I think you need to modulate your expectations. This is a small town cafe with a few employees, not a large chain restaurant. You should give this place a shot even if you just stop in for the fantastic coffee options! read more

The BEST service in town! My mom and I made a quick stop on our road trip and we are so happy we stopped at Cliff's Cafe! We decided to stop here as this cafe was marked as pet friendly and had great reviews and boy were the reviews spot on. I had a caramel latte and an egg bagel Both were delicious. I have been here twice and both times had a wonderful experience. Customer service is FANTASTIC and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. If ZERO was a star that's what I would give! Went there for the first time today ordered a bagel sandwich which came with a hair in it. I called to just tell them I didn't want anything in return and the owner Carry said just come in I'll take care of it. I explained I just got home from a 24 hour shift I can't do that he said just come in I'll take care of it. I didn't even want it to be taken care of just wanted someone to car just a little bit. I also tried to order a smoothie and the 2 ladies "argued" for a lack of a better word of how to PRONOUNCE the smoothie. Then when I asked for it with yogurt one lady shouted we don't have yogurt then when I asked what was in the smoothie no one knew what was in the smoothie. I would not recommend this place and previous reviews yes they were nice but that doesn't mean you won't have a hair in your food or the owner won't hear you because he has 50 people in front of him (obviously I wasn't one of the IMPORTANT ones because I was on the phone and not in his face). Additionally, eat at your own risk I watched the cook take her gloves off several times to assist around the cafe!!! read more

I had my first visit to Cliffs Cafe today, and it was a fantastic experience! I ordered the passion fruit with mint--surprisingly delicious and very flavorful--and their strawberry cookie waffle, which was absolutely delightful. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety they offer. I was originally planning to go to Starbucks for a coffee Frappuccino, but I'm so glad I discovered Cliffs Cafe instead. They have an impressive selection of coffee, and other drinks , desserts, and more. I'm definitely coming back to try all their flavors and explore their menu further. Wow Till Today, I had no idea this place existed. Great start to my morning at Cliffs Cafe . I ordered the refreshing Mango Delight juice after an AM hike in Los Padres National Forest. Very clean & healthy options with fresh ingredients. Neat & fast preparation at this small town gem. The staff were warm, cheerful, and welcoming. Totally a hometown vibe and atmosphere here that enhances well being and community. Again, truly impressed with this cafe for a break out combo of quality, community, and atmosphere -- something of mountain magic. Nonetheless, a chain surely could never be at this level. need a return visit -- to try more; especially coffee drinks. Furthermore, cannot stress enough how grateful I am for this coffee spot in Los Padres Park. Social spots, like Cliffs Cafe, are so important for enhancing small town culture in the scenic mountain community of Frazier Park. Driving home from Mt. Pinos, I had to stop by a coffeeshop for the drive home before I had to resort to a Starbucks. I ended up at Cliff's Cafe. I ordered their cold brew with oat milk. I was greeted by Carey, the cool dude behind the counter. Molly the dog was taking a nap on the side somewhere. Great conversation with the staff, and some of the locals who happened to used to work in the TV industry. I was told that a few actors live in the area. I planned to grab a coffee and leave. But I decided to stay for the conversation and the great local knowledge by the welcoming staff. Prices weren't overpriced like other places. Definitely a good stop if you're around the area. A friend told me that this was also the place for ice cream. read more
