Omg! Terrible. The food tasted like nothing. Just grease! The staff seemed like they had no idea what is going on. The order was wrong twice. We were ordering for a family of 4. Two of the chicken sandwiches were wrong, and the burger did not have bacon on it. We went back and then had to leave (no one is just hangin gout in Gormon, they are generally on their way somewhere). I do not expect McDonald's to be a paragon of taste but I expect it to be savory and taste good. The whole point of fast food is fast, tastes good, cheap, and keeps you coming back. Today was a good experience! Food was ordered using kiosk and it was ready pretty speedy. I'd say about 5-7 minutes. There were other mobile apps and others ordering using the kiosk. The kiosk was speedy and not glitchy. Which is so rare!! The young lady at the counter was sweet and helpful when we needed more napkins and ketchup. Other staff were being patient with an upset customer who was having issues with her app. The bathrooms were open this time. Not exceptionally clean, but open and clean enough to function works. I stopped by this McDonald's on my way back from Fremont. Since this store is right off the freeway, it was convenient for me to grab some food and change our baby daughter diaper. I used the app when we sat down inside to place my order and selected for my order to be taken to us at our table. After the order was placed, it said this location was pick up only. The bathroom at this Mcdonald does not have changing station for babies. I went to ask one of the worker if I pick up the food myself or will they bring it to me and she told me that she'll bring it. Our food took some time to come but when it did, it was delicious. I got the 10 piece chicken nuggets, large fries, large cola and 2 hot n spicy McChicken. They place the large fries in a bag and not the usual container here. The large cola, they filled up for me but they still have the self serving station here as well. The food was decent. It's similar to every other McDonald's. I expected the prices to be overinflated but they were not. They had the cool self service kiosk and interactive LED tables. The bathroom stalls were completely disgusting. They did not have any toilet paper, only a stack of McDonald's napkins. They also did not have seat covers for the toilet. The trash can was overflowing with paper towels and was all over the floor. This restaurant has faded outdoor tables but they provide a nice view of the mountains. read more

If I could rate this McDonald's a ZERO I would, takes entirely to long to serve food, everyone is in a bad mood, the floors are disgusting, the tables are filthy and full of crumbs, the trashcans are filled to the top it can't even get closed that's how full it is. You speak to them and they ignore you and act like you didn't say anything. It took 36 minutes to sever 7 meals, meanwhile everyone walked in and out in no time. I never go to McDonalds because how I feel after eating it everytime but I also was just reminded how terrible the service was. Since when are filet o fish $6 and a combo $11, wild. Anyways, I walk up to the counter to order and we get redirected to the touch screen after being in line and watching him serve people. I point at the card readers and ask if he can do it there since he's standing in front of us and ready to go. He literally forces us to the machine for debit/credit and then as we're checking out in the machine the big prompt shows up offering us to pay at the counter. Gorman is a good place to stop if you are coming from LA and going to the Bay Area. Just over the grapevine and out of the traffic zone. Pretty dependable. What can you expect from McDonalds anyway. This is my regular menu that I treat myself to when I drive the 5 hours back and forth from the Bay Area to LA. This is the only time I eat this junk. This place needs to be shut down. I stopped in at 9:30am to use the restroom because the gas station across the street had their restroom out of order. This is the most DISGUSTING restroom I have ever encountered in a restaurant. The bathroom has about 5 stalls. One stall had a pair of dirty underwear on the floor, another one was clogged full of TP,, another stall had a trash on the toilet, another stall door didn't lock and another stall was out of TP.. There was trash all over the floor. The mirror and counter top was FILTHY and there was NO SOAP in the dispensers. And it's 9:30 in the morning! I asked to speak to the manager. It took him about 4 mins to come to talk to me (had to ask twice.) I told him the shape of the restrooms and that it is obvious they were not cleaned last night. He argued with me and said they were. There is no way that is possible when there is DUST on the toilet and on the top of the tank, no TP in some stalls, and no soap in TWO dispensers. So they expect customers to take a shit, not be able to wash their hands with soap, then eat a burger afterwards?!? Disgusting. Absolutely do not go here. If they keep their restrooms in the condition, you can only imagine how unclean the food prep area is and how unsanitary their employees are when they make your food. GROSS. FIRE THE MANAGER AND GET BETTER MANAGEMENT. read more

It's really a shame that it's seems this location is getting worse and worse as time goes on- especially with all the renovations as of late. The drive through takes 20+ minutes recently and I'm not sure if that's due to new staff or what, but most of them don't respond to you ("hello" - "thank you" etc) and they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there! I've worked fast food- I get it but - it's just a shame when I definitely go out of my way to be the easiest and friendliest customer that day! Here's to wishing for improvements! read more
