I drive a 2010 BMW, 6-speed manual, which is an absolute joy to drive. This type of car, sadly, is something BMW no longer produces, and I intend to keep it as long as possible. This car therefore has more intrinsic value than just the economic cost of owning it. I've trusted Peter Pan almost exclusively for service since 2011, and I genuinely believe that is why this car is still in such great condition today. Recently, after passing 130,000 miles, I ran into a major issue: the car began popping out of first gear into neutral. It quickly became uncomfortable and no longer enjoyable to drive. I had a tough decision to make: move on from the car or invest a significant amount of money into replacing the transmission.
