Hojicha is coming next. Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea, and it has a completely different flavor profile from matcha. I also love that they're not treating Japanese tea like a trend that needs to be watered down for everyone. There's some real creativity happening with the flavors and combinations, and the menu is interesting enough that I'd want to come back and work my way through it.
