Their locations are set up pretty consistently, so when you walk in, you already know where everything is. If I park on the left side of the building, the restrooms are usually right there, which makes it easy when I'm traveling. Their pumps are always well maintained. I don't think I've ever stopped at a QuikTrip where the receipt paper was out or the pump wasn't working. There are trash cans and well stocked window-washing stations at every pump. It's small details like that that make the stop quick and efficient. Inside, the employees are always friendly and on top of things. The cashiers ring people up from either side of the counter so the line moves fast, even during busy times. The stores are consistently clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Another thing I appreciate is the sense of safety. I rarely see people lingering around outside or approaching customers at the pumps. When you're in an unfamiliar area and stepping out of your car, that matters more than people realize. I also choose QuikTrip because they are one of the few places that carry Fresca. Overall, QuikTrip is reliable, clean, efficient, and has great employees. It's an easy choice when I'm driving and need a quick, safe stop.
