She told me there were a few more steps we needed to complete over the phone. She said she would gather my documents and call me back, but I never received a call. I checked the business hours and realized they would be closing in the next 20 minutes. I called again and spoke with Sandra, who then informed me that her location wasn't even the one handling my online loan. I called the correct location and spoke with Elvira.
