My car was up on the hydraulic jack and the spare mounted within five minutes. They kept my injured tire while I went on about my day, and by mid-afternoon they had the tire repaired--and reasonably priced. When I came out after paying they were fumbling with the hood as it wasn't closing tight! Another guy came out and slammed it down.... I didn't realize anything was wrong until I tried to wash my windshield and my wipers weren't working... my windshield was all wet, can't see now driving down 19th in the dark! Pulled off at Lowe's to discover my wiper inside my hood at a 90 degree angle... I think it got bent at the connector to wiper motor! I highly recommend you do not go here!

We were really upset because we had planned this trip for a year with our young grandson, and since the floods closed the north entrance we were staying by, we had a long drive that morning to get to West Yellowstone. We had only that day to tour the park. It was early and Lane didn't have his full staff in yet and had other appointments he had to take care of. Our tire was destroyed, so it was going to take some time to first get to it, then to put a couple new tires on, since another one was damaged as well. We were looking at 2-3 hours minimum. Our day was pretty much shot. We went across the street to a cafe to eat breakfast resigned to the fact we weren't going to be able to do everything we planned. Within 45 minutes, Lane called me and told me they were done and the car was ready to go! He got someone in there and they got it in so we could have our day. I can't thank Lane and his team enough. The compassion they showed us reinforced our faith that there are great people out there, and several of them work at Tire Rama.

Within one business day, he responded that the Operations Director would be contacting me to address my concerns. Within another two business days I spoke to the Operations Director who apologized for the mistake that led to blown fuse and cut me a check for the cost of the other mechanic for his time and the part. My faith has been restored in Billion Auto Group.

After over two hours, I was told: "We're sorry -- we don't have your snow tires. We must have sold them." Then they said they were pulling my car up. No call. No warning. No attempt to resolve the issue -- despite this being a safety-related tire replacement. I left and went to Les Schwab, where I had new snow tires installed immediately. I waited 2 weeks to get on their schedule, then had my car towed to their shop. I took them about a week and a half to fix my car and while it was there I asked them to perform an oil change. They didn't mention how much this service would be, nor did they ever check in with me about the repair to give me an estimate on the bill as the repair was in progress. The final bill was $1700 for the repair and $250 for the oil change! Let me repeat that as it is NOT a typo... $250 for an OIL CHANGE! My car takes 4 quarts of oil and and oil filter the size of a coke can. I've never paid more than $90 for an oil change for that Kia anywhere in town. When I confronted my contact "Travis" about this he justified the cost by trying to tell me that "It's not as easy at just draining the old oil out and putting the new oil in". Actually Travis, it is. "Also, we put in a new air filter and did an inspection" The car didn't need an air filter and I didn't ask for one. Also, I received no inspection report either written or verbal. Also, not asked for. Overall, they did the work, but they were not very transparent about their pricing and not communicative at all. Would not recommend.
