One example, my husband pointed out that some of the rust was found on a brand new installed guard rail, and John explained that there was no rust protection added. He repaired my dryer vent and took the time to pull out the dryer and find the missing nozzle and was able to tell me how/why it fell off. He re-caulked my tub and again, took the time to remove some stains, so it looks lovely now. He also was able to remove a tv on a mount that I had tried to do myself and I stripped the screws.
