Falafel signature warp is good but lacked hummus in it, so had to dip it in the hummus. The veggies signature wrap with cabbage, hummus, tahini, cucumbers etc is amazing. Food: Dry, very dry. Ask for extra whatever - hummus, Taziki sauce, ... The meat is dry, the rice is dry, the bread makes it drier. I was really looking forward to this pace after my friend posted a notice about the opening in Bowling Green, KY. My husband and I came down today for a soccer tournament and stopped in to eat prior to the game. He ordered a beef & lamb pita sandwich and I got the Original Bowl with beef and lamb. My bowl came with greens, tomatoes, their onion "salad" (I don't know what it's called a salad, there's no dressing on it. It's just sliced onions and maybe a little parsley.) and rice. It also had a container of the taziki sauce in the bowl. I poured every drop of it onto my bowl and it was still dry. Also know that if you get your food to go, they do not have salt and pepper packets so stop and use the table containers. We also got a side falafel and to round out the experience, we ordered a baklava crepe. Ok so now that we have established the dry entrees, let's move on. The falafel is good. The outside is crispy and the inside is good, not as dry as I expected after the entrees. The crepe however was awful! If you want to feel like you are eating perfume, order it. Otherwise I'd try one of the other options. All in all, it was expensive and definitely not worth it. Would I try it again? Yes, IF it was free. Then if it was more moist and a different crepe was better, I would update my review. I want to say again how much I was looking forward to this meal and maybe that's part of the disappointment. :( read more

Hmmm, so not expecting the signature beef and Lamb to look or taste this way. No offense, unfortunately this was not what I wanted. So expected a white pita filled with beef and lamb with fresh red onion, tomato's, cucumbers, lettuce with tzatziki sauce. So I expected Greek Giro my bad. Mediterranean ? Very mediocre. I wanted to try this new spot and was extremely disappointed. I got the Astoria salad and my friend got the grazer bowl, we ordered to go and realized they didn't give either of us our dressings that the meals came with. The lamb and beef is SO DRY. On top of the no dressing made everything drier. The good things: wicked feta and the grape leaves, super flavorful and I think the only thing I would come back for. Falafel, beef, lamb and chicken bowls and wraps. Other Greek food. Warm dolma and 2 types of baklava. Pita was hard on the outside but decent on the inside. I did request more tzatziki sauce but it was still dry and my falafel was flattened. Everything looked good but wish it tasted as good as it looked. The dolma needed more filling. Otherwise, the grapes leaves overpower it. I was hoping the baklavas would be tasty. Unfortunately, they were both mushy Maybe they are working through some openings jitters. read more

We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman (Kenny). We both got the Speeza Salads. I added chicken and to mine. I also added tzatziki sauce along with the dressing. It was delicious. I'll definitely get this again. We were so hungry that I forgot to take pictures. The restaurant was clean and the seating was nice. read more

First time here and doctor said Mediterranean diet was the way to go so I tried Speeza. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. I ordered the basic beef and lamb gyro. It was very good, some say expensive but I have a big appetite and it easily made two meals for me so if you weigh that it was around 8 dollars per meal. Not everybody is a leftover person but I thought it was even better when I heated it up for the second meal. I will definitely patronize if I'm in the area again. read more

So much potential but very disappointing. Not sure how a restaurant that is so with it looks wise could miss so badly with its offerings. Unbelievably expensive. You would pay twice as much as just getting mall Greek food for HALF the portions and a less authentic experience... Place was empty, had 7 employees and still took 20+ minutes to get my order. Charged extra for everything... Pita came straight from a pre-made bag, everything was bland and dry.
