We chose Spekless based on Yelp review but disappointed with their cleaning service. We did a move in/move out cleaning but our kitchen was not cleaned well. Our place was generally in good clean situation so the team may take a short cut. For appliances or surface which seems ok, they didn't clean it at all or clean it carefully. After calling the customer service, they initially offered to bring the team back or offer 25$ refund. I provided the evidence how the cleaning team did, after their review, they offered $100 refund. Spekless is absolutely the way to go! Here are a few things that I love about them: 1. Booking is super easy online, I like being able to see the appointment windows, and pay online (including adding a tip and logistic info). The team is excellent at communicating once you've booked. 2. They have Saturday appointments! This is a game changer for me. We have a really shy dog who doesn't like to have his weekday naps interrupted. With Saturday appointments we'll be able to go out for a hike with him, and come home to a sparkling apartment. 3. The deep clean we had was amazing. From the floorboards to the top of the fridge, they got it all. They were careful as well, the past two times I had a cleaning with another company we ended up with a broken lamp, and some other broken treasures. Spekless was thoughtful and thorough. I've had two different teams come out to clean and they both did an equally fantastic job, so they are consistent. They know how to clean. We have two dogs and it's amazing how much dirt their paws drag into the house along with the fur they are constantly shedding. It really starts to pile up and make our home feel dirty. Spekless leaves the place sparkling clean and in great shape. They treat my home as if it's theirs and they always put things back the way they found it. Spekless did an awesome job in my studio in DC. Candice was the operations manager who reached out to me via text to confirm my appointment, despite a last minute change to have an earlier clean! She communicated with me the entire time, which I appreciated. The team who came to do my "deep clean" were amazing. They were extremely polite and listened to everything I wanted to pay special detail to. Spekless is a bit on the pricier end as I paid over $200 for it, but they were really good and even organized my place. It took them a little over an hour to complete. For the right price, I will continue to use Spekless not for a deep clean since I don't need that anymore, but for a routine clean from here on out. So glad this worked out! read more

I would not recommend this company. The workmanship was poor, staff would break things and not tell me, and over time, the cleaning level just became worse. They bleached a ring on my bathroom tile floor. They take microfiber cloths and whip them against artwork on the walls. Took the same rag they wiped the base boards and went to use it on a $10,000 piece of art. Luckily, I was home and stopped them--that time. On last visit, they took a charger and put in my kitchen utensil jar. read more
