This service is no joke. I ordered a quote on Wed and was pleasantly surprised they had an opening the next day! I'm sure that's not normally the case. Anyhow they did show up late (2 hrs actually) but did an amazing job cleaning my 4 BR, 3.5 BA townhome. Floors were mopped using a wood polish, tile and grout scrubbed clean, beds made, and truly everything just "spek"-tacular!! Previous companies work was incomplete such as unclean areas, lack of dusting, and other notable deficiencies. Based upon the reviews of Spekless, we decided to try this company and we were very pleased with the service. The two person team did a deep cleaning in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The work was very well done. Every single surface including window areas were all thoroughly dusted, all mirrors and other windows were cleaned, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen looked great. They used the special cleaning liquid for our floors as we specified. All of the coordination leading up to the cleaning, including confirmation emails, parking considerations, and texts from the cleaning team when they were on their way was flawless. Based upon the excellent work that the team did, we quickly decided to have this service every two weeks. We could not be happier with Spekless cleaning service. Leading up to the appointment Spekless was great about providing a reminder and confirming details. Team Yalena did the cleaning and they were absolutely incredible! They texted to let me know that they were on their way and got right to work. They made the apartment look spotless. The move-out clean included a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom and we were so impressed by their work. Our stovetop had years worth of buildup on the burners and I don't know what sort of magic they used but they were able to make it look better than when we moved in. Their cleanings are a bit of an investment but the quality of service they provide and the ease of booking and payment makes them completely worth it.
