He was nice and said he'd talk with her, but it's ridiculous that there isn't a store manager concerned about how their customers (including children) are treated. I have a feeling she probably talks to customers like this all the time, but it was very disappointing for me because my 11 year old daughter was there, but Bernadette didn't care. Bernadette was raising her voice and talking in a condescending way, and even other customers noticed how she was treating us.
