I loved the concept here as well as the class, establishment and employees! Clean space with areas preset for cycle, strength and yoga! Changing up the routine every 20 minutes helped everyone stay engaged. The Instructor Savannah was motivating and offered great options for all levels of fitness. The front office staff Jessica and manager Morgan were great to talk to about goals and classes as well as membership options. Hoping one day the open something a bit closer to the pflugerville area so I can attend more often. Thanks ladies for a killer workout in a great environment. 10/10 recommend! read more

Fun boutique studio who specializes in 20/20/20 so the folks who get bored easily can get a fun workout in an hour and get a good mix of movement for one's body. Cycle, strength training and yoga, spenga does it all and the folks who run the lakeline location have been so welcoming I've taken Virginia's class and mikael's class and both are super friendly and supportive for folks of all walks of their health journey! Love the community and non aggressive sales push too since I typically pick up a class here and there through ClassPass and love their energy when I do get the chance to pop in :) read more

I have taken a few classes here from Spenga to Rep to Rep/Revive. Spenga stands for spin~strength~yoga meaning it's usually 20min cycling, 20min weight training, 20min yoga. Sometimes it feels a bit rushed trying to do all 3 in one session, but the instructors are super motivating and energetic. Yoga is more of a fast paced stretching rather than a relaxed slow flow. The Rep (strength training) is probably my favorite - you stay at one bench but alternate the workouts in 3x reps as first shown by the instructor but then the exercises are there on the TV screens as well to guide you. Great workout and I'm always ready for a nap after haha! read more

I love th at they are very organized and the instructor will walk you through every step! Very organized. Clean and the lighting is very conducive to focusing on yourself attaining your fitness goal. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can easily say this was the coolest and probably best workout class I've ever taken. It is 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength/weights circuit, and 20 minutes of yoga. It truly covered all of the bases, and the fact that the workout was divided into three chunks helped the time really fly by. I thought I didn't like spin classes, but turns out I just don't like them when they're an hour long. But these 20 minute workouts were perfect because I felt like I could give my all for each section without being worried about burning out by the end of the class. To start off, I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. They were incredibly friendly and showed me around the place. They also have free lockers for you to put your things in. There is a designated bike for each person, which is shown on the TV above the lockers, and for new people there are green cones with your name on them to help you navigate throughout the three stations. First timers were also given a free bottle of water! The technology here, especially for the spin class, absolutely blew my mind. They have TV's that show each person's name as well as their goal in terms of RPM and resistance. It was a bit confusing for me in terms of the technicalities, but to keep it simple, you want the box next to your name to be green. That means you're at the level you should be at and it motivates you to keep pushing. For the strength circuit, the room was stocked with so much equipment and weights, and the layout was so clean. I was impressed at how cool it looked. There were TV's that showed the workouts as well as showed how much time was left for each one and how many sets were left. Yoga was great as well, and the yoga mats were in great condition. They had blocks as well. Bri was an amazing instructor, and she was incredibly encouraging! After the class ended, she sat down with all of the newcomers to talk about their experience and to also show them their stats from the spin class. Everything was personalized, which I really appreciated. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. The bathrooms were large and very clean, and they even have private showers!! The facility was incredibly clean and in great shape, and I could tell the community here is tight. One of the attendees, Karen, was telling me how she has taken 600 classes here, and after her 500th class she got a free backpack! I love how SPENGA has so many ways of incentivizing their students to exercise and keep their body moving. read more

And the gym also has excellent resources, I actually found my dietician through SPENGA. Since joining I've been able to hit my goal weight. I can't say enough good things. I tried a free class and enjoyed the actual workout. I signed up for unlimited classes with the intention of working out a few times a week. Little did I know I sustained an injury during the workout and wasn't able to attend the classes I signed up for. I tried to cancel my membership and was told that I couldn't because I signed a contract. I get that but they could make an exception in a case like this. My free workout will end up costing me almost $200. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I would have considered going back after cleared but not after this experience. read more

SPENGA offers group fitness classes with a unique class setup. The class is broken up to three different parts. The first is 20 minutes of spin, then 20 minutes of weights, and 20 minutes of yoga. It is a challenging workout and you feel you have accomplished something after you are done. The gym is very nice featuring brand new flooring, machines, and weights. The lights go down and you feel like you are at a club but just getting your sweat on. The staff was very friendly and they even had snacks and drinks after the workout. read more

"What is that?" That's what I thought when I saw the name at first. Well, what it is: it's AWESOME! Spenga is spin, weights, and yoga all in one workout session! If you want to see changes in your physique fast, I believe this will do it. I tried it as part of ClassPass.com. It's hard, and really, I think that's what a workout needs to be. The instructor was very encouraging and positive. The other students were all enthusiastic which tells me this is a workout routine for the goal-driven person. I highly encourage you to try this. Such an awesome workout! 20 mins spin, 20 mins strength (today was a full body circuit using dumbbells, slam ball, and bench) and 20 mins yoga. Instructor was high energy, encouraging, and led a great group work out. All the staff members were so kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home during my first session.
