Outstanding customer service. Arrived in town late and had to change movie show time on tickets purchased online in advance. And the theater seats are fire!

The Sperry is a spiffy, high end movie theater in downtown Holland right on 8th. You can grab a bite and WALK to a movie now. Yay! Parking sucks. You're downtown. Get over it! The pricepoint is perfect and competitive with other theaters that don't come in THIS high end with the decor, seating, and snacks. Why go to Rivertown when you can have it all right here? Seriously, the massage chairs are a G-D-game-changer. HUGE (you just fall into them), reclining, and enough space to forget your neighbor and enjoy the film. The only thing we'd change is for them to integrate with Fandango to make check out and rewards easier. We had some issues with their internal billing system overcharging us, but the manager fixed it immediately.

Full bar upstairs. Of course, they'll let you take it into your movie.

Just saw another movie here tonight. Passing along some updates: (1) My 8:00 screening of "1917" did not begin at showtime. Rather, the trailers began at showtime and the feature began several minutes after, just like at every other theatre. Not sure what happened to Sperry's "film at advertised time" policy. Sensing some inconsistency here. (2) Pro tip: I learned tonight that the second floor concession stand as well as the bar kiosk *both* can sell movie tickets. So, if you don't feel like waiting in line downstairs and the upstairs facilities are open, slide up the escalator and snag your tix there. This is very handy when facing a sold out screening--which happens quite a bit here. :-)

My clean plate. The tots are terrific!

Most comfortable theater in town. Seat service is great. Pizzas are decent as well. I check here first

had to clean our own seats, very messy and grubby with crumbs everywhere. Bathrooms out of soap completely, very poorly maintained.

Excellent experience watching Sound of Freedom! Many theatres tried to sabotage that film - Sperry's did it right!!

Comfortable seats. Great location. The worst popcorn in Holland. I will try again after they are up and running for a while .

But if you're seeing a kids film, it's worth coming early to get a good spot. I highly recommend either bringing a vehicle with a big back (truck, van, etc.) or some lawn chairs so you get the full experience. Also worth investing in a portable radio if you don't want to leave your car running the whole time. Really glad it was dog friendly, so it made for a great family night. Can't wait to go again once the weather cools off!

The spaces aren't very big, but there is plenty of room for a normal-sized vehicle. There are multiple screens, and back-to-back movies on each. The screens are plenty big, and I doubt there is a bad spot to park in the whole place. In the center of all the screens, there is a small building where you can get your popcorn, candy, and drinks, and there are also bathrooms there as well. The only downside to coming here is that it's often quite late when your movie finishes. Starting at dusk in the middle of summer when it doesn't get dark until 10 is a sticky situation. Love it - can't wait to go back!

I purchased our tickets in person and I was asked if I was part of their rewards program. I said that I thought that I was. I gave my phone number and was told that I wasn't in their system, but yet he didn't ask me if I wanted to sign up. After we got to our seats I went to their website to sign up for their rewards because I always take advantage of loyalty programs, and when I put my information in it said I was already a member. We went to the concession stand where I was informed that they were out of most of the beverages in the beverage station because they had been busy. My nephew then went to look at the candy selection and we struck out again. He wears braces and has a peanut allergy and there were no plain M&Ms or chocolate options without peanut butter, so we couldn't buy candy. When we got to our seats I was so shocked that I started laughing and took a picture before I sat down. The recliners are old and worn and worse than any furniture I have seen in people's homes. Thankfully my nephew enjoyed the movie (Elio).
