When it comes down to ramen I like my noodles soaking in soy sauce, well thats not the case. My dish was the spicy soy sauce ramen, which looked weird from the beginning. I wanted to look past the looks and dive into the dish like I do when diving in a pool. The soy sauce ramen seemed like it was focused more on looks rather than taste. The real ramen has the soy sauce covering the noodles, my dish did not. Maybe it was bad timing on my part and the food is better during week days. read more

Went to Spice C, on 501 in Conway near eggs up. Everything was amazing good. Saw a noodle making demo and tried a Japanese beer. We had almost every appetizer and nothing disappointed. The staff was very nice and our waitress wore gloves and a mask and allowed us to sit outside when we asked. She was very sweet and gave us good recommendations. The food was delicious and well priced for the amount of food that we got. I will say that it was a little disappointing that they didn't have their full menu but I understand that due to covid not everything will be available. After eyeing this place for a few months I finally decided to give it a try. The pot stickers as recommended by the waitress were amazing, even after a 30 minute car ride. I got the chicken pad Thai and thought it was good, not great. I prefer mine spicier so I added some Sriracha when I got home and that helped. This may have been something they offered in house but I didn't know to ask if so. My husband got the shrimp pad Thai and kept raving about how good the shrimp was. I didn't try it but he's not a spicy lover like me so I could see how he would find it more enjoyable. I also got a poke bowl for lunch the next day because I've never tried one and that was fantastic! My only regret was not getting the bigger one. It reminded me of sushi but in a bowl with a lot more toppings. I was a fan to say the least. The waitress was helpful and pleasant. I walked in to order and maybe waited 15 minutes total to get my food. She gave me a water to sip on while I waited. I would definitely go back again. read more

I don't know why there's so many good reviews on here but I just want to put it out there that although this place is very appealing to the eye, It was a horrible experience. The server's attitude was just like she didn't even care to be there, didn't come back to ask if everything was going good, didn't refill drinks (another server had to come pick up our 3 empty cups and refill them). The food took forever to come out and she never even came to apologize or let us know anything. She finally came after we ate and asked did we eat our checks and YES ofc we did!!! we were on our lunch breaks trying to get back to work!! Long story short the checks had to be sent back 3 times before our totals and change came back right! THIS SERVER STILL NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THAT. I ordered spring rolls and you wait till I have already paid and am walking out the door and you tell me that they no longer come with shrimp. I wouldn't call this American Cuisine. It's Asian. They've been open only 2 days. I had lunch and dinner here today. I had the Drunken Noodles with shrimp for lunch. It was good but not the best I've had. I think with a little tweaking it will be really good. My husband had the Pad Thai with shrimp and it was very good. I had a Poke Bowl for dinner. You choose your own ingredients. It was delicious. My husband had one of their many soup dishes. He really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to going back to try other things in their menu. read more

Highly recommended! Food was DELICIOUS, portions were big, and the service (Sarah R) was excellent (knowledgeable and friendly). We had a poke bowl and the chicken pad Thai. Tried all the sauces for the poke and each one was tasty! The only negative was the styrofoam to go boxes and plastic straws (would like to see something more earth friendly). This is a superb new restaurant in the Conway area. We had lunch yesterday, and we had an excellent first experience! We ordered an appetizer, a ramen soup, and a well built poke bowl. Our server offered to try the Thai tea which was very refreshing and delicious! Our lunch was beyond our expectations; very flavorful, very fresh, and very filling! I could eat the poke bowl for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Our server made sure that we had everything we needed and she was very knowledgeable and very nice! We hardly had any wait time at all. I went to Spice C with my girlfriend and found the food to be a little boring. I had the seafood bowl, it was good but it lacked a sort of depth that I look for in noodle dishes. My companion had a poke bowl and was underwhelmed by it. She claims it to be "just poke". The atmosphere was nice and well lit, the people and the staff around us where all happy to be there. My friend and I walked in with our children for lunch today and were semi blocked by a girl (hostess? Server?) staring at us blankly saying "uhhhh" as if we were not supposed to be there. We asked if we used the wrong door (responded with a head shake and "uhhh") we then asked if the restaurant was open (trying to figure out what we had done wrong) the response was a nod and another "uhhh". Went with a few of my coworkers on our lunch break. I told the server (Neena) that we were on our lunch break and from the get her response was rude. I order the chicken pad Thai and as a person who never eats this type of food did not expect it to have a seafood sauce (which it says nowhere on the menu) when I sent it back she was rude again. It took forever to get our drinks refilled. My coworker never got her sauce she asked for 3 times. One check was overcharged. The appetizer had been split between the three checks without asking and not all of us ate it. Then we got the right checks, paid, waited 15 minutes for change. Then the I guess "manager" came over. It was incredibly hard to understand him. He tried to take our checks back to discount them and we said no it's fine we need to get back to work. He took them anyway and we waited another 10 minutes to get our money back which was only $1 less from the original check. When the waitress went to fix our checks the first time i could see her at the computer talking crap about us to her coworker. The pa' stickers were delicious but not worth the wait or attitude. Other women we work with went weeks ago and the same thing happened to them with having bad service. Incredibly underwhelmed and frustrated at my experience. Not to mention, there was people who came in after us who had a different waitress were done and out before we had even gotten our bill. The table with the same waitress behind us, a guy had to get up and go over to the prep/cook area and get his own sauce because nobody had been over there. read more

I've already been here twice! The food here is great! However, the waitstaff leaves something to be desired. For starters, we ordered 2 sodas. The waitress returned with 2 waters and walked away. A few minutes later she returned and asked if we wanted anything to drink other than water. We reminded her we had ordered soda. When she finally returned with our sodas we ordered an appetizer of cheesesteak rolls. She commented how they were delicious especially if you like Philly cheesesteaks. Walked halfway to the bar and turned back and stated she didn't remember if we wanted edamame or spring rolls. Once again, we reminded her of our order. When it was time for our check she dropped it off and went to sit at a table with what I could only assume were her friends. The female manager actually came over to get our check since she never came back. We sat for another few minutes when we noticed the male manager speak with her, hand her our bill (and credit card) and motion to our table. Still, she sat with her friends. More time past and we called the male manager over and asked him to get our check back so we could leave. He spoke with our waitress again. She picked up our check as well some papers on the table she was sitting at and began to walk right past us while calling back to the people at the table she had been at. My husband called out to her as she walked by us and asked her to just put the check down so we could leave. She barely acknowledged us, dropped it on the table, and kept walking. This encounter was unfortunate because as I said at the beginning, the food here is great. I hope the staff steps it up so that this restaurant can be successful. read more

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon because we wanted to try out the new place and we absolutely love poke and ramen bowls. We didn't really have any expectations going in, but we were really blown away by the staff, decor, atmosphere, and most of all, the food! Shannon was our awesome server and the general manager checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were having a good experience. The poke bar was awesome! We really enjoyed being able to taste the different proteins before making our selections for the (very reasonably priced) make your own poke bowls. The food was great and they have excellent craft beer selections also. Can't wait to go back and try their other offerings! When we spoke with the manager she mentioned they are going to start doing trivia, karaoke, live music, and other fun stuff. This has the makings of a really cool bar/restaurant that the Conway/HGTC/CCU area badly needs. read more
