This place is really beautiful inside. I love the lamps and decorations. The servers were also very attentive and would constantly check up on us. We ordered the cheesy paneer tikka sliders, butter naan, tandoori chicken tikka, chicken shahenshah, and chicken tikka masala. I loved the cheesy paneer tikka sliders and the chicken tikka masala. The sliders had a good ratio of sauce. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and went well with the butter naan.

This is my FAVORITE Indian food that I've had in Colorado!!! I've had such a hard time finding good Indian. Coming from the east coast where the food was incredible, this spot is definitely a must. The restaurant is so vibey and beautifully decorated. I love that the menu suggests drink pairings for the food. The staff were so kind and attentive. My friend and I went for lunch and we got tandoori chicken, and veggie samosas. I will definitely be back soon to try more.

Lamb!! Went hot on the lamb vindaloo and loved it! Very tender. Chicken korma - was very good too. Onion kulcha was warm and had a touch oil that made it legit. Solid all around! Large, large dining area - diner style. Modern and clean, too, including the restrooms.

Wow!!! Everything was delicious! I met up a friend and we were both craving Indian food so I suggested the Spice Room. We both have never been. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. But we still got sat right away. Our server was attentive. I ordered a chicken tikka masala and i can't remember what my friend ordered. We also got garlic cheese naan. The flavors were there the naan was so delicious, that I could eat it with every meal. I will definitely be back. It was so good. Definitely one of the better places I've eaten around town in awhile.

Met a friend for lunch. There is plenty of parking in the back. They had just opened, so no wait. We were greeted and seated right away. I liked the lunch portion. Even with it being smaller, I still has some to bring home. My first choice was Masala Dosa, but those are not available until after noon and it was 11. I chose Palak Paneer instead. Delish! I went for medium heat and it was just right. I love the spinach and cheese cubes. The rice was hot and fluffy. We had Papadams to start with some chutneys for dipping. Always a nice treat.

We have now been here twice and have been thoroughly pleased both times. The service was incredible-our server was working so hard and they were quite busy both times we went. The menu is a little overwhelming, with lots of options, but I like reading the little notes about the dishes! The food is soo delicious! I tried the vegetable korma, mild and my husband had the chicken tikka masala, mild. On our second time there, I just had to get the veg korma again and we shared that and a sweet potato tikka masala. Chef's kiss, scrumptious!! And with the rice, good portions, so great leftovers too. We also shared garlic naan and some veg samosas. We love how they redecorated what used to be a diner. It is so gorgeous and unique inside. They did a great job redesigning the place. Will definitely make this a regular spot!

This is probably the best Indian food I've had in Colorado. The dosa masala is HUGE, cooked well and tasted phenomenal. Absolutely loved it. Chana masala is very flavorful, and the garbanzo was cooked how I liked it. The lamb jalfrezie is also really delicious. Flavor is delicious and lamb was really juicy. Portions, staff and everything is worth the cost. Love the interior design with a vibe of a diner. Will be back for sure!

Great food! Spice Room has a great selection of Indochinese options, along with a side of awesome service and pleasant ambiance. I had the Hakka Noodles from the lunch menu. The portion sizes are on the smaller side, so be prepared to order multiple dishes.

Don't be fooled by the diner-esque floor plan; this amazing restaurant is beautifully decorated and classily comfortable. We stopped in before going to see a play at Arvada Center, based on the wonderful yelp reviews. It was a little hard to find because the Address lead us to a small strip center when the restaurant actually sat as a standalone building behind the strip center, and facing the road. The inside is quite lovely And the people and staff are friendly and helpful. I was so taken by the decor, I had to stop and take pictures of everything as we went to our table. We decided to try a few different items. We had the Saag/Palak Paneer (medium), the tandoori chicken tikka (boneless) with a side of tikka masala sauce, some vegetable Momo, and garlic naan. Every bite was absolutely delicious. I think that may be some of the best sideburner I have ever had. And the prices were very reasonable.

the food was very good and it came out at a normal speed. the service was normal, just refilled water and took order. not much else to do. the ambiance was a stereotypical indian ambiance. the masala chai was at first very sweet and made for people who probably want a chain tea latte. we asked for a second one and it was just milk with cardamom. i think they were busy so they made a big batch but for me it wasn't my favorite. the shahi panneer was really good and would get it again.

    Thali
    Elisa C.

Its classic American diner turned Indian restaurant. The staff is extremely attentive. Opted to get a mango lassi and the lunch special Thali with butter chicken and garlic naan. Everything was delicious and large portions for a thali imo (compared to LA). If you are near Old Town Arvada, definitely worth checking out.

They have such a great variety of dishes to choose from, with plenty of meat and vegetarian options, so there's truly something for everyone. And if you like spice, this is definitely your place. You can choose from different levels of heat for each dish, which I loved. The mango lassi was SO good, and the service was just as wonderful as the food. I was asking about their iced chai after seeing someone else enjoying one, and they were kind enough to bring me a complimentary one to try, such a thoughtful touch. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure you have everything you need without being overbearing. They have two locations, this one is their smaller spot, but it still feels warm, welcoming, and spacious enough to enjoy with a group. Both locations have such a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. I also noticed a constant stream of takeout orders being picked up while we were there, which tells me I'm definitely not the only one who thinks this place is amazing. If you're craving flavorful, fresh Indian food with great service and lots of options, you need to try this place.

The Thali caught my eye as it's essentially a traditional platter with a variety of balanced small plates from rice to potatoes to dal soup and even dessert all on a single tray. I got it with Butter Chicken which was so good! Highly recommend as it was creamy, medium spicy, and very aromatic. I absolutely loved the street-style chaat! It's creamy, crunchy, cold, and loaded with flavors and textures. Such a satisfying bite and I almost couldn't stop until it was gone. I love that this Thali came with both rice & naan as I usually want both and can't decide lol! The rice was fluffy and aromatic from the cumin while the garlic naan was fresh, soft, and delicately brushed with garlic & parsley. I didn't care for the dal soup (bit too watery) or the jeera potatoes (bit undercooked) but the dessert was a nice way to end the meal. Their options included rice pudding and gulab jamun; I went with the "healthier" option lol. It was creamy, sweet, and cooled down my palate after the various dishes. The Lamb Biryani was another good try! The lamb chunks were tender and seasoned, the rice was aromatic, and it paired well with the onions and raita (yogurt sauce). This definitely satisfied my craving and I'm glad I stopped by before the long day I had ahead!

We always get Chicken Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken, veggie korma, garlic naan and raita. Tonight we added something new and ordered the coconut tomato soup. I loved it, my 7yo said it had "too much flavor" although she loves everything else we get. We've probably ordered from here 10-15x now and unfortunately whenever we order they are out of seekh kebabs which I've been dying to try. They are one of my favorite Indian foods and I can't seem to order them anywhere. From now on I think we'll make a point to try something different each time we get takeout because they have so many options. After dinner tonight I wanted to hop onto yelp and let you know that this is THE Indian restaurant to go to when you're in the area.

What a shame. We chose a bit of everything and shared three entrees. I think our favorite was the butter chicken - it simply melts in your mouth. We also loved the lamb biryani and the saag paneer. Both were full of flavor and quite plentiful. With so much variety, you really can't go wrong! All of that, some rice, nann bread and a bottle of wine made for an exceptional lunch before we headed out.
