I haven't dined in at Spicy Feta yet, only ordered takeout, but it's consistently delicious. I always get the Classic Wrap with Hot Honey Chicken Shawarma and a side of spicy feta fries. They offer a variety of protein options including lamb, chicken, steak, falafel, and even coconut shrimp. I haven't tried the coconut shrimp yet, but I'll probably give it a shot eventually. The portions are generous, and the side sauce is great. The fries could be a bit crispier, but I imagine they're better when dining in. By the time they arrive at my house, they've lost some crispness. Still, a quick toss in the air fryer brings them right back to life. 10/10 read more

I will admit I loved the Naughty Greek and was very sad when the owner sold out and moved back to Greece. That being said, spicy feta is a worthy successor, even though there are a few dishes I wish they would replicate for the vegetarians. I ordered one of their wraps and it was really quite delicious. They offered falafel inside as one of the meat options so I was able to enjoy it as a vegetarian. It was just a really nice meal - tasty and flavorful. I do wish they had other items for vegetarians besides the falafel. I miss the eggplant pita. But each owner gets to choose what they offer. I think it is a great place for a simple lunch or easy meal and we'll go back. read more

So not only did the manager hang up on me, he also lied. Toast is going to contact the restaurant, my hopes are not high. Credit card charge will be disputed. The Naughty Greek was my all time favorite restaurant so I was quite sad when it closed down. Thankfully this restaurant replaced it and kept the bar high. The Spicy Feta keeps much of the same vibe/taste as the Naughty Greek, but a tad different. I cannot emphasize enough how I have liked everything I have tried here from the wraps, to the fries, to the desserts. The wraps are full of flavor and you will have to try hard to find a Mediterranean wrap of any kind that can match them. Make sure to get something that has the spicy feta sauce. The building itself is a fun spot to eat whether you are solo dining or coming with others. Food tends to come out quick, and the self service components are easy to use. Cost wise it's fairly solid. Under 20 dollars (including tip and taxes) for a large really filling meal. They also have a generous rewards program if you want to eat there multiple times (and you will after your first). The Spicy Feta is not quite as good as The Naughty Greek, but nonetheless it has replaced the Naughty Greek as my favorite place to eat. read more

Very similar to the previous occupant in terms of food. This past visit, got a falafel wrap. The falafels were fantastic and the sauce and everything was delicious. I think I'd get a bowl next time, as the wrap just turned into a bit of a mess. I did ask for the fries not to be inside of my wrap and a side of rice. No side of rice came out and my fries were "dressed up" with jalapeño and feta. Not sure if that's normal, but they definitely weren't plain. I didn't necessarily mind, just not what I expected. I think this location could benefit from using an actual cashier instead of all self-serve kiosks, as several folks of a certain generation were really struggling with them and caused a fairly significant wait time to order. Ordered Spicy Apollo Pita and Spicy Feta Fries for delivery. I would recommend sauce on the side because Customer Service packed my pita with so much good food, the tzatziki got all over, which is understandable when it's wrapped for delivery. The pita was so filling and had a great mix of flavor, with the candied jalapeños, oregano, cucumber, tomato's, onions, gyro meat and more. The fries still had a little scrips to them, which ordering fries delivered I expect them to be a little soggy, but they still had flavor with the feta and jalapeños. I love the ambience of spicy feta and the fact that it's set up for large groups. There were multiple tables that sat at least 10 people. I was really impressed with how much seating there was. I have been thinking about Spicy Feta since my first visit there a couple of weeks ago because I can not wait to go back. I ordered the Spicy Apollo bowl with saffron rice and chicken shawarma. The other toppings were all perfect together. There was house-made spicy feta, spicy tzatziki, candied jalapeños, tomato, cucumber, onions, feta, and oregano. It definitely had a kick but was easy to eat with the pita on the side! I also ordered a side of the Za'atar Hummus and enjoyed it. The hummus is enough to share with multiple people or to take home for later. Came in on a whim and I was not disappointed! The wrap was bigger than I thought it would be, and the fries were perfectly crispy and warm when brought out. The variety of sauces offered is fantastic- watch out for the habanero though because it was definitely HOT HOT HOT (perfect for me as a spicy lover). The music was also fantastic! Formerly Naughty Greek. The menu changed somewhat so one of my favorites (the veggie gyro) isn't listed anymore. But you can get lamb and chicken pitas and falafel and all that still. In some respects there seem to be more options - which seem tied to what kind of sauce is on your pita or plate. We had the spicy classic with lamb, the falafel plate, and a classic pita with falafel. I'd say the mild spicy was pretty good (as someone who likes spiciness), and the portion sizes seem to have increased. 1 star less though because we asked for NO DAIRY on one order and still had dairy. Granted, "feta" is in the name of the restaurant, but still. That can be really problematic for some allergies, so I hope there's better attention to special requests in the future. read more

I've ordered from Spicy Feta twice. The food was always hot, fresh, and tasty. Yet, with the first order I considered it comparable to other Greek places. This time, though, i tried the browned butter labneh and the Da Afghan (chef's favorite). I am now forever a fan. OK, the browned butter labneh -- wow, this is as much an appetizer as it could be a dessert or breakfast. Who doesn't love the nutty goodness of browned butter? Then drizzle that over tangy labneh and adorn with figs and pumpkin seeds for crunch and ((insert drooling sounds here)). YUM the dip portion is generous and comes with plenty of soft and pillowy pita triangles. Last time I ordered, i went with a "safe" original. This time, I tried the Da Afghan, and I think I'm in love with the chef. Kidding, but I greatly agree with their taste. I love that the star of this wrap is the juicy meat and crunchy pickled veggies. The green sauce was perfectly spicy and savory, but not too hot for me. I also added a side of the herby tziaki and both were great complements to the flavors. Even more impressive, even with sauces, none of the flavors overpower the other. The Lebanese wrap isn't to be ignored either. It's soft, slightly salty, and although the silent partner in this relationship it's not forgetable. The only thing I would change is to leave the fries out of the wrap. They are good, but I didn't need them. I way over ate that wrap and dip, and still delighted with the crispy and fresh Greek side salad and Baklavah for dessert. Ok, enough said, just order from here the next time you are craving Greek, and don't be safe, you won't regret it. read more

I ordered a Mezze Sampler gyro and I received the equivalent of like 4 whole pitas, however, there was only enough gyro meat for 2. There was enough sauce for 6 pitas. Would've been nice to use the sauce on something. Service was outstanding. The ambiance had no issues. But at $14 price point, I would expect to more meat. I also ordered Euro Doner fries with rotisserie chicken. No problem with these. The chicken was plentiful. The fries were tasty. Ordered the Apollo Chicken Wrap, 9 minute drive home, and I could barely bite through the wrap shell. It verged on inedible, tough, chewy, like beef jerky. I got this place delivered so that is what my review is based off of.. strictly food. Honestly, the food was amazing. They followed my instructions to an absolute t. I got the gyro meat, chicken kabob, half lettuce, half hummus with cabbage slaw, pickles, sauce on the side etc. and it came out just incredible. I really really enjoyed it. The flavors were amazing and it felt fresh, clean, nothing was too oily either and it came exactly how I ordered it, as it should be! Spicy Feta is a new standing favorite and a must try spot. Do not mistake this place as or for the naughty Greek. It is owned by a different person and the flavor palette is its own. We started with the whipped feta dip, which was moaningly delicious. It's creamy and a layered flavor with honey and a pistachio garnish. It's warm and when piled on the lightly toasted, warm, locally made pita bread. I will probably always get this and begrudgingly share if required. Next we each ordered a Gyro sandwhich, I forget the name of mine now (Sorry!) but it had pickled onions and pickles. It was savory and filled to the brim of meat, fries, pickled veggies and delicious sauce. We wrapped up the meal with the fried sweet dough, looks like a donut but is better. Unfortunately I also forget the name. I had the classic Greek style with feta mousse, honey and pistachios. I didn't know feta mousse was a thing that exists and now it's become a taste that dreams are made of. My friend had the Nutella version of the fried dough. I'm not a big Nutella person, so it wasn't nearly as interesting as the feta mousse version. She enjoyed it but also commented mine was better . The Nutella would be a good choice for kids that may have a less developed or adventurous palette. We met the chef who is a wonderful human being and I envy his spouse who was likely swooned by that feta mouse and feta dip. He has a second similar restaurant somewhere in the other side of the river. While I don't frequently grab my passport and head to the west side of the river, I just might to see what other tastes this chef has come up with. This is a great spot- run don't walk and try it all. This place is all about sauces and if you ask nicely they'll let you try some of the sauces before committing, which is so diner friendly and appreciated. Go eat, TIP and tell your friends, Spicy Feta is where it's at! I waited too long to write this and forgot the names of all my delectable eats! I've ordered from this place twice. The first time it was so amazing! Everything from the spicy feta dip to the garlicky pita bread. The chicken bowl lasted two meals. Great quality ingredients and portion size for the price. The second time I ordered I was less impressed. Perhaps it was a different chef on the line but the pita bread was bland and not worth it. I tried to order a wrap with falafel, but must have hit the wrong button on the self-order. When they brought it, I said I think it was a mistake. The person was not polite and said in a super snippy way, "I can get the receipt." I said I believe I may have hit the wrong button but I don't eat meat and asked if I could get the falafel instead. She came back and said no and that I would not be refunded. That was after being there among the four other customers and waiting almost 25 minutes for the order in the first place. I understand it was likely my fault, but I've been going to this place since when it opened as Naughty Greek. I won't be going back. It's just bad form not to take care of a customer. I'm calling out one of the new owners specifically by name, Yamah Sadozai, for using a racial slur when describing an employee(s) overheard by many staff, questionable ethics, and just down right abhorrent arrogant demeanor (pushing /shoving past) staff, speaking in demeaning manner that creates a hostile workplace.
