My husband also bought a set of truck tires once off the internet and they were willing to put them on. Since leaving up north, it's hard to find a Cooper dealer and we're thrilled to see they deal on them. Support your local businesses, don't go to a chain. The last time my husband did that with a fleet vehicle, he pulled out onto the highway and the tire fell off. When I was told by my employer to take my fleet vehicle to a box store mechanic shop, the mechanic got in the drivers seat with greasy coveralls and I needed a ride home until they could have it professionally cleaned. Never again. Small biz or bust.

Within 90 minutes, the customer service representative, April, called to inform us that the engine was dead. She also mentioned that the manufacturer had recently added an extended warranty for engine failures. Unknown to us, our engine was still covered under this warranty, and the manufacturer would replace it at no cost. We appreciate the thorough and complimentary service provided by Swander's and April. It's refreshing to find such outstanding service and goodwill in the automotive maintenance industry.
