Just got a wash from here. While going through the tunnel I heard a loud bang like something hit my car. After going through I looked and there is a spot all scratched up, down to the paint, white marks. I told the attendant and he showed me the machines inside saying it's all soft. That means nothing to me. I check my car for scratches every day, they were not there this morning. He tried to take free me a free wash, no thanks, so your crap machine can scratch my car again. read more

This place is so fantastic! I've been putting off the car wash for way too long, because I felt like I had to prep my car and it was cold outside. I found this place and saw that they do the outside and you do the inside, which is way more convenient than the car wash I'd gone to previously. It also seems faster AND you get to stay in the car (which I haven't done since I was a kid). There are unlimited free powerful vacuums, and you can do the interior afterwards (I am sort of into vacuums so this part was cool for me). Not going to the car wash was a minor hassle for me because I couldn't really do all the pre-wash stuff, and this place is SO convenient and fast and affordable. I feel like it will be way easier to go here, and I won't have to leave my car unwashed for so long. Took my 2020 Tacoma for a car wash and one of the worst decisions I've made. Paid 18 bucks with CC and was told to drive up then the gate closes behind me guy power washes the sides before entering the car wash. Go through the car wash and hear a loud crash. Upon exiting I see the brush ripped the roof rack right off my truck completely denting the metal. Then see my driver side passenger door has deep scratches now and isn't even clean. I was told they would fix it and one of the attendants gives me a number to the manager who says they will fix the damage. Manager says he'll call me the following day. I ended up making a police report to have a record. Following day no call. At this point I called the manager leaving a voicemail and still haven't heard back. Radio silence. Update: as per Billy the manager the owner Elizabeth will not pay the damages. Tried reaching out to her numerous times and have not received a call back. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Customer does not come first! I bought a monthly plan, went through the wash, which was subpar to say the least to only discover my antenna was completely destroyed. I brought it to the attention of a gentleman who worked there named "Rob". He was extremely nice, apologetic and gave me a contact person to speak with. "Rob advised me as I was vacuuming my vehicle he was texting his contact named "Elizabeth" and they are covering the repair to my vehicle. I got home and proceeded to text "Elizabeth" who then proceeded to tell me there was a sign stating they are not responsible. The picture of the sign she sent me was also conveniently partially blocked off. "Elizabeth" tried to down play the incident but saying it's just a screw, which is false. She also advised me her employees are not educated to inform their customers of the rules. She advised me the man at the "tunnel" should've told me then later recanted her statement She also stated the sign is located at the prewash area, you know the area they spray your windshield with water and you aren't allowed to use windshield wipers to completely see. Very convenient for them. After being lied to by the staff about my repair and getting nowhere with "Elizabeth" who does not believe the customer is always right I canceled my subscription. New car wash near my house so I gave it a try. Great deal $8 for a regular wash while you sit in your car, they dry your windows and then you vacuum yourself. They have two types of vacuums with the crevice and wide attachments, You can clip your mats while you vacuum, And it's shaded where you vacuum. Def will be my new go-to place read more

I've been using them since September. Never a long wait, love the free vacuum. I had a small recurring billing issue and left a message at the number provided. I almost fell off the chair when I received a call back right away. Elizabeth was so sweet. She took care of my issue right away. Take it from somebody who is very meticulous with their vehicles. I am careful with where I go and who touches my car. I heard of this place through a friend who lives in the area and he said good things. I checked the reviews, looked at their car wash menu board, and drove by to check it out and see how the wash operates. I was happy with what I saw so I decided to try it. I am thoroughly impressed with this place. The wash went well, and then the vacuum area is a do it yourself that has easy access on either side of your vehicle. There are a good amount of spaces for that as well. The crew seems meticulous, I knew to powerfold my F150 limited mirrors in before they told me to but they reminded me to do it. They have attention to detail which resulted in this positive experience for me. This is my new go-to off season car wash, since I normally do it myself in the spring and summer. I have an entire setup for myself. But if you're looking for an off-season, even an all around season SOLID, good car wash and you're okay with doing your own interior, then try this spot. read more

Came in Friday and had a problem with my membership, instead of leaving BILLY gave me the free wash. As i was going through the carwash i thought that was really great of him. When i was done and vacuuming my car, BILLY came over and explained to me the problem and took care of it right then an there. He went to the office thats there and made sure the problem was handled, WHILE ATTENDING OTHER CARS COMING IN. In the evening hours, i pass by spiffy car wash to get home. The few times that i had a question or a problem its always something, whatever it is needs to be brought to the owners attention, resulting in me leaving with no answer. Ive attempted to contact the owner several times and havent had a response. BILLY LISTENS, GOES IN THE OFFICE,KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND TALKING ABOUT, AND I LEAVE WITH NO PROBLEMS. HE ALSO ACTUALLY EXPLAINS TO ME WHAT IT WAS. I swear if this man could be cloned and 1 of him at every business i go to...i and the rest of the world would have zero problems or worries. I found two long marks on the passenger rear quarter panel when i got home. Car was still dirty. Didn't feel any wax on the car and paid for the highest level wash . Waste of money and now i have to find someone to get the damage off the quarter panel . read more
