I have been a loyal customer of this place for a while now and I always purchased the monthly membership and it used to be a great service. Now over the last few times the wait time has been over an hour and I can't stand it anymore. When I talk to management about why other cars that got there after mine are getting serviced before mine he didn't have an answer. 3-8-25. I came here because they had a good deal on Groupon. A full service car wash which included an exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe-down plus tire shine, was about half their normal price. I'm always a sucker for a "good deal" so I gave this place a shot. I was more than satisfied with the job they did. Thorough wipe down and drying of vehicle (which is rare these days because everyone seems to rush and not pay attention to detail). My only real complaint was it took a while. But I did visit on a Saturday afternoon and it was a nice weather day. It was a bit crowded, but the time they spent on every car there was pretty impressive. I certainly didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. They are not perfect but was great "bang for your buck". Make sure to give the guys working on your car a nice tip if you thought they did a good job .......every single one of them were working their as$es off. Exactly what my baby needed! I got the premiere wax service which was a bit pricey but my car needed this spa day. The guys here took their time cleaning and neatly dried and waxed my car. I enjoyed sitting in the air conditioned waiting area with tv and there are snacks available for purchase. There's also car gadgets should you need a refresher or new floor mats. I don't give out 5 stars ever. These guys really take their jobs seriously And it seems like they care a lot. This is the 4th time I came here and I will continue to come here (I come from the north shore). I find this wash superior. I get the works . I used to love this car wash until today. Today I received the worst service ever. I've been coming here for almost 2 years. I always get a full service wash. Sometimes I get additions but today I just wanted a full service. The guy tried to sell me add-ons but I told him no. I went to pay and when they scanned my voucher, they told me I had to pay a difference. I asked "why since I just got a full service and that's what my voucher paid for?" I was told that I got a different full service wash that costs more. I told them "that is not what I asked for." The cashier then called who I assume was the manager. He came and stated that they will excuse the charge this time, but next time I should make sure to look at my receipt to make sure I have the right service. I said thank you and okay. My car was done 10 minutes later. Let me tell you, I was shocked because this car wash takes awhile but I go because it's worth it. I drove my car to my next destination. That's when I inspected my car. They didn't clean out my cup holders or vacuum my rug. When I inspected the exterior I noticed that they never wiped down the car properly. There were purple and pink residue from whatever solutions they used on the car. They didn't even wipe down the trunk door or the dash. All of which is included in a full service wash. Got my mothers car detailed and they did do a great job. Car was pretty dirty in need of a detailing and they brought it back to life and made it very clean, made the exterior shine, and the interior was spotless. She's also a smoker and they completely got rid of the smell.. Now here's for the BAD.... I would've given a 5 star rating, but instead this earns a 4 star rating because as I was going to pick up my mother's car they had a RUNAWAY car..... It was pretty sketchy and the man caught it with maybe a foot left to spare. Because of this incident alone I don't think I would bring my car or my mom's car again cause I wouldn't be able to get it out of my head. The manager said he was going to hand wash it and after he had washed and he told me it's gonna be an extra $15. This car wash is going down hill. I have been using this car wash for years. It was bought out a few years ago, and is not the same. We have a pick up and they told up to remove the mat in the back, and everything else in the back. We have never removed the Mat. We drove down the street and had it cleaned cheaper then the red dragon car wash, and we where aloud to leave everything in the back of the pickup like we have for year. I believe the manager likes to argue with customers. She should not be dealing with the public. We will be taking our business some where else. This. Is one of the worse car washes I've attended and gave my money to. When my car was done there was dirt all over the trunk and I was by my own car trying to point out spots in the trunk where it was dirty and moving my things inside when the manger cane upon me screaming saying read the sign, I told her I wanted to get something cleaned in the trunk and she started screaming and kept repeating herself. My first and last time going there. I paid for an upgraded car wash. Although they cleaned the front cup holder well, washed my mats, and It was lady's day so I got $2.76 off (it said $3 but was less on the receipt!)... There was 1)dog hair still in the back of my car 2)two bug smudges on the windshield despite watching them clean the regular winded multiple times 3) an actual dirt smudge on the outside of the car next to my door 3) a layer of dirt I could see and feel on the dashboard 4) untouched sandy/dirty cup holder in the back. I took my bfs car to the car wash to surprise him. My surprise was that they took my $25 and it's still dirty... Update: Perhaps my definition of matted hair is different than the car washers, but that same dog hair I can vacuum up on my couch without a problem. This was my first time going to a Red Lion car wash, I paid for the Red Line Works $13 High Pressure Touch-less Wash (which I normally do NOT pay that much for a car wash but I just got a new car so I figured- "why not.. treat yo'self") Afterwards I got out to check my car and see how well the wash was - it literally looked like nothing happened. As I touched my car I wiped dirt and grime off. There were still spots on it, bugs on the front, and my windows were horrid. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! Especially for paying $13!! Been here before in the past (Copiague Car Wash?), was never impressed with the long wait and the staff schmoozing with the regulars. Went yesterday after hearing of new management.The main guy recommended the $40 mini detail and I have to say it was money well spent. ALL four of my floor mats were washed and the outside got some spray wax after the car was wiped. I probably won't spend the $40 every time. But you can tell that the staff puts in good work on the drying part. Side note, I'm glad the tips are shared like now. Just bought a brand new car and thought I'd take it for a wash to get all the pollen from the trees off. Well that was a huge mistake.... I now have 2 long scratches down both sides of my car. They use the same dirty rags to wipe down your car inside and out so the glass where the speedometer is is nice and smudged. Theres residue from whatever cheap wax they used all over it.... I got my car washed and detailed here today and they did an amazing job! I had spilled a latte on my front passenger seat (forgot to take before pictures unfortunately) but I had a nasty stain from it. With their detail service I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get it out but they did and my car looked how it did when I got it off the lot when I bought it. They did an amazing job, they were quick and efficient. I also like that communicate with eachother via walkie talkies. Sylvia was there overseeing everything from the front office to the back where the cars were cleaned. I kept seeing her going back and forth making sure she was on top of everything! So disappointed to have to write this review I have been coming here for a few years, recently I don't know if it's new ownership or new management but whoever it is they have a contract with the dealership so I think he has the little guys. I recently had my car washed after 50 minutes of waiting I finally took rags and dried and cleaned my own car and proceeded to vacuum the inside of the car before he made an attempt to ask me to wait a few more minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone until they either get more staff or new management because this was a complete disaster and I paid someone else for me to actually clean my own car so it's a thumbs down for me!!! read more

The wait is so long to have your interior cleaned, I had to leave before they even touched the car after waiting for a half hour. I come here often to get my car washed. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The name has changed lets see what else has changed besides the price increase. Lol Ok got my car washed and I am not happy! I always walk around my mustang to make sure they got everything done to me satisfaction. Never had a Yelp account before, my wife does all of this stuff. I had to make one because I needed to share my experience. I came in for a "Ritz" wash, like I usually do... and my truck looked spotless. I didn't feel the need to watch my car be cleaned, since the manager was on top of EVERYTHING despite how busy they were. I felt really bad for her though, since she dealt with nasty customers, one in particular who went as far as threatening her physically, only because he wanted to clean his own car! What has this world come to ?!? Why even bother spending money on a car wash. Kudos to the management for handling that in a very professional manner. I would've popped the guy personally LOL. I have been going to them since they opened and they are getting worse and worse. I brought my truck today and they said the bed had stones in it and they couldn't do it. I counted 7 quarter size rocks. The heavy set guy at the start was nasty. I agreed to pay more or borrow there broom to do myself they refused. I went in and spoke to Asian manager who also said no. Not sure about this place. Got a good but pricy car wash 4 weeks ago so decided to purchase the club plan cards for $120. Sent my hubby up to get his car washed last Tues and the place was all locked up. I called yesterday to see if they were open and no answer or message saying why they are closed. To Thursday drove by and the place seemed deserted. But a couple of guys who looked like workers were standing around idly as there were no customers or cars to be seen. Never have I heard a car wash claim a car is "too dirty" to be cleaned. The car had been parked under a tree and had pollen and tree dirt and we asked for a basic wash. They began to clean the inside and by the time we got to the cashier, we were told the car was too dirty to go through the tunnel. We went back out and we were told they could not guarantee it would be completely cleaned. With this in mind, we asked if they could still run it through just to get some of it off and we would be willing to pay for whatever would be able to be cleaned off. The manager told us "no" as he pointed to the more expensive rates with his back turned toward us. Even if we had been willing to pay more, this treatment caused us to leave right away and go to a much better (and cheaper) car wash who gave me no problem going through the tunnel. I have been looking for a new carwash place. I found this one about 5 months ago. Since then I have been coming to have all my vehicles taken care of. I have never had an issue with the service they provide and I am actually surprised that no matter how busy they get, they always take care of the current car they are working on. I give kudos to the management that allow them to complete their work without any stress or pressure. This place have not messed up yet so I am keeping them.
