I have been to many Washvilles in the area. This is the worst. The entrance to get into the car wash is so difficult and so tight. When you try to line your car up to start the wash, the sharp turn into the rail system is so difficult that you have to back up several times to line your car up. And I have a very small car. I can't imagine a large car getting lined up with the rails. The wash itself was not impressive compared to the other locations. There was definitely not enough soap at all and the water towards the end was so harsh coming down I thought my windshield would crack. I do like Washville but this is not one that I will ever come back to. (Side note- the drying attendant at the end was very good!) read more

I'm a monthly member and have been for a long time and this location has gotten worse and worse. Unfortunately it's the most convenient to get to for me but the car almost never comes out clean. Even going regularly. They need to re do the tunnel or adjust something because it's pretty much a waste of time to go here. You're better off going to any other location. read more

I have been a washville customer since they came onto the island and absolutely love the west islip one. Decided to try Lindenhurst as it's more convenient. Worst experience ever. Staff could care less, barely dried the car, didn't pre-spray like they do in West Islip. I will make it a point to drive out of the way for better experience . read more

This car was used to be one of the best in the neighborhood years ago; however, in the last few years, the quality of service has gone down substantially. This used to be a genuinely friendly car wash that welcomed everyone regardless of what you car you drove. My most recent visit solidified my opinion that I am not going to go here unless it's absolutely necessary. The people that greet you when you pull up were just interested in me buying the most expensive car wash package. When I declined and chose the middle package, they basically sneered at me. The interior of the car wash has gone down drastically as well. It's beginning to look run down and the upkeep has not been done. The person collecting payments was unfriendly and she was more interested in whatever she was watching on her phone than attending to me. When my car was done being washed, I illustrated that there were still bird stains on my headlights and front bumper. The man drying the vehicle stated I had to get a detailed service to remove that stuff. As soon as I got home, I was able to remove the stains with some simple windex. I understand everyone is trying to make a living, but don't sell me something I don't need just because you are too interested from the tips you'll receive from the next car. The car wash on sunrise highway is being renovated right now and I'm eager to go back there. read more

I've been using this car wash for a loooooong time, even buy the packages on Groupon. Today, after paying $28+ for the deluxe wash and a handsome tip, I drove away wondering if my windshield was wiped, bird poop on the hood, dirt around the rear hatch door and road gunk still on the car & the interior wasn't wiped down nor the little slots and pockets. I guess they were short staffed today but truly not that impressed with the service I received. Could've saved the $ and gone through a drive through- results are exactly the same. Visit Date: August 8, 2019 I pretty much tell my life story when I write reviews and I don't care, I'm one of those people that tend not to hide much. So anyway every other Thursday I end up seeing a social worker for a talk therapy session. So I end up having a little time to kill after I drop my son off to camp before I get to my session. So I needed a car wash so after I got some coffee I came here for a car wash. The place looks really nice inside and they have a nice area for you to sit outside and wait for your car if it's nice weather. The staff I dealt with were friendly and courteous as well. They did a decent enough job with my car. I have a 3 year old so my car isn't the cleanest ever and sometimes my son spills stuff in my car. They didn't have the car immaculate after it was done but no place really ever does for me as far as on the inside of the car. Overall not a bad car wash, I'd consider stopping here again for a wash maybe I'll make it a thing if I have time to kill. read more

Do not come here. Sales man was pushy and advised me to sign up for membership pay $21 a month and after a year it's $40 a month. All they do is clean outside of the car not interior. He did not explain that to me. First time going here. If you like cleaning your own car interior unlimited times a month then come here. But I'd prefer to go somewhere where they do everything exterior and interior. The reviews are all spot on. First I tried going to West Islip but there was 20 cars in line (makes sense seeing they have good reviews). I went to the Washville in Lindenhurst after. I bought the Skyline monthly membership (the highest package they offer). Tipped the young man who was helping me sign up before my wash $20, tipped the guys "drying" my car after my wash $20. When I say they walked by my car barely touching it with their drying rags I'm being generous. Drove home and had to dry my car myself, had to get all the spots that weren't washed, and had to clean and spray my own tires and rims before applying my own tire shine. Spent $70 for nothing. Drove back and cancelled my membership immediately. DO NOT go there, you will be disappointed and regret it. read more

I recently started coming here because the car wash close to me wasn't doing a good job. I've had 3 washes in the last month that I've been very pleased with. I'm surprised to see some bad reviews. I believe this place recently changed management and they are now called Mr Bubbles. If you had a bad experience in the past I'd recommend you give them another try. I let them know I drive for Uber and Lyft part time, they were nice enough to give me a discount! I'll be back for sure and I'm planning on getting their unlimited washes for monthly package. It was decent enough, the inside of the place is clean and the cashier is friendly. The outside of my car looked pretty clean but when I got inside I realized my car really wasn't clean at all. 990 Wellwood Avenue Lindenhurst, NY I was at this car wash at 8:30 this morning. After they finished with my car, I drove away. The inside of my windshield was not clean. It was streaky. The main reason I go to a car wash is to have my windows cleaned. I cannot reach to do the windshield or the back window. I can't vacuum either. I went back to have my windshield redone. This did not make the cashier, Stan, very happy. He drove my car to the spot to be redone and stated it looked clean to him. Not! He said he wasn't arguing with me but it wasn't a nice conversation. The worker redid the window and I left. Still not clean and when I went to replace items in my trunk, I saw it had not been vacuumed properly. This car wash is 6 blocks from me. My car is brand new with just about 1k m and has been washed every week since I got it. I can't believe I had to redo the wheels. I also had the clean the interior when I got home. My 11 year old son son asked "didn't we go get a car wash so that we didn't have to clean it ourselves?". That should tell you everything you need to know. And by the way, there was absolutely zero cars behind me. They ripped the leather off my parking break, and the woman behind the counter did nothing but call the owner and said I can wait a few hours for him to show up. They refused to refund my money or try and fix the issue. She suggested I file a police report and go through insurance. Just spent $23 on the "Deluxe" special. As soon as I got home less than a half a mile away, it became apparent that the car was barely even washed. There was dirt specks still all over it, white powdery residue from the chemicals, and streak marks all over it. I took it back no more than 5 minutes after leaving, and the 20-year-old kid of a manager refused to give me a refund and acted like those dirt specks needed to be brought to a detailing place to get cleaned. Took my father's truck here tonight; it was my first time here. At the outset, the initial processing is slower than other car washes. When I pulled up, there were two cars in front of me. One kid was vacuuming the first car, while 3 workers were playing on their phone off to the side. It took approximately twenty minutes to get to my car (it was the only place open this late, which is why I didn't leave). Afterwards, nothing improved, including the speed. The cashier took too long to get through the line of 3 people. Once I got into the truck at the end of this long ordeal and started driving away, I noticed that the back window was still dirty. Just left Wellwood Carwash. It's obviously under new management but after waiting in a confusing line with 2 different entrances from opposite directions You find out they are only offering 2 washes. I know it's covid but at least forewarn people that you arent cleaning Interiors, which was a main reason I was going. They dont even vacuum or have vacuums hooked up (eventhough sign says free vacuum). Was 20$ before tax and tip. So 25$ for an exterior wash. Not right. read more

FYI this car wash has THE RUDEST owner & doesn't want ur business. I was just there to take my car in & when I dropped it off I gave the men who do the vacuuming a $10 tip upfront cuz I knew I had a lot of sand in the car from beach etc (it IS aug after all) so the men were very nice & said sure no prob w/a smile & then took their time doing a thorough job getting the sand like I asked. THEN when I went to pay inside, the owner who rang me up asked if that was my car I said yes, he said stars BERATING me -"it's a mess! It's taking them so long! Look at the line now!!"...I say "what? First of all the line isn't my problem & I gave them a $10 tip upfront & told them I know there's a bunch of sand please do a good job & thank you etc, isn't that what a car wash is for??" I have seen the other two bad reviews about this place and I honestly don't understand how they had such bad experiences...I LOVE this place...this is the best car wash I've been too... my ex-husband liked this other one in West Islip, which I was never crazy about from the start...this one was always attentive and did a wonderful job! There was only one time that they had an older man handling the cash register who was extremely slow, but happily today he was no longer there....I don't know maybe cause they were a little slower than usual on a Sunday afternoon, but it was such a pleasure and all the guys did a very thorough job on wiping the car off(NO STREAKS ON THE WINDOWS AT ALL, as was previously stated by someone else)....and they made sure the car was completely all done before I took it.... read more

I keep the interior clean, so I got an exterior wash only. I watch my car go through the brushes, and the brushes that go over the top to do the hood, roof and trunk never touched the hood or trunk. And too top it off, there is a 2 roller towards the end and that came down when the car was half way through so it missed the hood and never went low enough to do the trunk either. I looked at the car and sure enough it was not clean. I told the lady and she got in my car and put it back on the line that was now 10 cars long. (what's the definition of insanity)This time apparently she told the to do a full service (real gracious) They vacuumed a clean car and wiped the interior windows. I went out and told the workers to use the hand brushes on the hood and trunk and told them about the faulty rollers. while the car went through, I took a video and showed the lady. She said she would inform someone. Then my car sat out there with the door open, nobody wiped it down. I made sure I told everyone I saw to see if their cars were washed fully. The best part is that when they graciously did my inside windows, they are smeared and streaked. Use CLEAN rags, not the same one for every car. I wish I could post the video. One more thing, their comment area in their web site appears to be in Russian...WTF. I will wait for the cheerleader, boy scouts or dance schools to have a charity car washes in my area, it least the money is going to a worthy cause........ read more

I am reviewing this car wash as I would my nail salon. First thing I look for is cleanliness and atmosphere. I found that from the moment I pulled onto the property it was both immaculate and state of the art. The management was overseeing that the guys did their job well and that they were attentive and polite. Very important and thank you! Inside was also meticulously clean and organized making the whole experience very nice, very efficient. They sell all sorts of items including snacks and beverages. I will go out of my way to have my car washed here. Just like a real good manicure! Keep up the good work! I will be back! read more

Can I give zero stars? Came in with my car and purchased the #3 (approx $30). My car is a small suv that overall was pretty clean to start minus some sand in the trunk from a day at the beach. Before coming I emptied everything but 2 reusable shopping bags so the trunk could get a good vacuum. When I got home I noticed there was still purple soap marks all over the car and the trunk didn't even looked touched. I brought my car back and the guy said he would redo it. Great, right? Wrong, after it went through the wash for a second time there were still purple streak marks all over. I went back inside and I was told "there is too much wax on a white car." Umm, that's not my problem? The guy managing the back comes out to re-wipe it down. He says it is done and goes back. I check out the car and there is still purple everywhere. It actually looks dirtier than it did before I got there. The guy thought I should be satisfied because he did it twice. No, I'd be satisfied if the job was done right. I wasn't looking for perfection but why should I leave with purple marks everywhere. After complaining again, I got my money back, however that wasn't the point. I wanted my car cleaned, wasted almost two hours of my day and still have to go somewhere else. read more
