Response from the owner 4 hours ago: Nobody would install 37x12.50R22LT on a dually truck for $25! Besides, nobody mentioned anything about the tire lube. We don't charge people for tire lube. It's about the LABOR, not the tires. If you find "cheap" tires online, it does not mean it's cheap to mount them. Those tires would break anybody's back to just roll them out of the bed of your truck, let alone mounting them. It takes 2 people to work on each single tire. Showed up before their posted closing time and the shop was already closed. Had to pay for Ubers and rent a car for the weekend. Their explanation? They forgot to call and closed early because "it was time for some beers." Still forced to pay the diagnostic fee unless I continued doing business with them. I did not get a call on Thursday. When I personally followed up the next morning Friday at 11 AM, I was told the car hadn't even been looked at. Later, Paul finally called after lunch (1pm), only to say the vehicle wouldn't be ready until Monday. I made it very clear that I needed my car back this same day (Friday) and I would come back Monday next week to drop it off. Paul said he would call me when it was ready for pickup. 3 PM - No call. Multiple calls from me - no answer. Text - ignored. By 4 PM, I paid for an Uber and arrived before closing. The shop was CLOSED. Online and on their site it says they close at 5 PM. Because of their lack of communication and negligence, I had to rent a car for the weekend and spend extra money on Ubers. On Saturday, Tyler called and repeatedly apologized, explaining that Paul "forgot to call" and that they closed early because - direct quote - "it was time for some beers." So I was left without my car... because of beers. Unbelievable. He also said I can come by and pick up the car after paying during their limited hours. When I spoke with Tyler in person, he repeatedly said everything was "out of his control." And in order for me to receive my car back, I HAD to pay for the diagnostic fee. Paul was put on the phone, and instead of sounding apologetic, he sounded irritated that I even questioned the situation. His only offer was that he would waive the diagnostic fee IF I returned Monday and continued doing business with them. Why would I trust a shop that: * Doesn't honor appointments * Fails to communicate * Closes early without notice * Prioritizes drinks over customers It's clear they recognize their mistake. They admitted they forgot to call, explaining that they were tired and closed early for beers without calling me. However, despite acknowledging this, they were unwilling to work with me on any adjustment or resolution regarding the diagnostic fee. If you value your time, money, and basic communication, go somewhere else.

The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that.
