I saw a listing for a camper at this location on Facebook…read moremarketplace, the seller is also not the profile selling and they do not own the camper it is on consignment. was told I was not allowed to check out the roof. put down a $200 deposit. when I brought money in hand for the purchase the jacks did not work the battery was dead and I finally got a latter to look at the roof and it was completely soft if I were to walk on it I would fall through basically. so I called the deal off I will most likely not get my money back. but at least I do not have a falling apart trailer.

Let's see, a 2018 Ford Ecosport with the 3 cylinder engine. A stinker new and a dog used. National used price averages around $8,000 with low mileage examples to be had for less than $10,000. Drivetime's price? $16,905. How about a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage, base model, for $14,000? Too bad my local Mitsu dealer sells a new 2024 model for $15,000 with a 5 year warranty and upgrades galore. After those two examples I figured out they sell overpriced cars to those with limited credit. I didn't go in person since the website says it all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I returned my car on the 14th. I believe only management can submit a check request for my refund since they can't give me a cash refund. The check request was submitted on the 14th. However, two days later, a corrected check request was submitted. Why was there a two day delay in finding any error? What was the error? That has withheld my refund and kept me in a rental car for two extra days. No one is returning my emails or taking my calls and customer relations. Refuses to do anything about it either.

We then were looking for a dealership to get some service work done in November. Unfortunately, Genesis is apparently now requiring owners to go to Genesis dealers instead of being able to use Hyundai dealerships as well. There are no Genesis dealerships near our home in Dade City, so it was a significant drive for us to take the car in for service in Lakeland. What I want to comment on is the work of our service representative, Ytzel, and her supervisor. I had been extremely sick due to having had chemotherapy and radiation for a cancer diagnosis I had received a few months earlier. I had a pretty good day and my wife and I took the car in and dropped it off for the service. Unfortunately, my health then deteriorated by the time we were to go pick up the car and I knew I shouldn't be behind the wheel for an extended drive home. I explained all this to Ytzel and she apparently went to her supervisor and they were able to arrange for the car to be driven to us. It really was an exceptionally kind act on their part as we were not within the warranty period that provided this service. I can't thank them enough for this and apologize for having taken so long to write this review. As for our service experience, the work was performed professionally and everything turned out great with the exception of some difficulty we're now experiencing with the driver's seat belt. We attributed this to the mechanic having had to pull the headliner to repair a rattle in our sunroof. Thankfully, the sunroof works perfectly with no rattle, and while the seat belt is an inconvenience (sticking, not retracting fully at times), it is so nice to have the rattle repaired. Hopefully, I can get the seat belt to work a bit better on my own. I do believe Genesis needs to add more dealerships if they are going to require service work to be performed there, but otherwise, we're very happy with the service experience we had. Mike
