The gym is well laid out and there are never more than 5-10 people in the gym at once (many times I'm there alone). And you can't beat the 24/7/365 time open. The owner Paul is extremely friendly and even works out at the gym himself. He provides personal training at the gym and is extremely well informed when it comes to fitness. I have a super bad social learning disorder so I'm terrible at reading social cues and at ANY moment in time they could've resolved this like professionals but instead they tried to intimidate me. Not only was I respectful to the entire the staff, I was one of the few people who respected people's privacy by not recording myself. Congratulations, you not only lost a longtime customer, now everyone knows how you treat people who don't fit into the influencer club. At least now they showed their true colors. Because some of our folks don't use words to communicate and couldn't answer questions about their gym memberships, our staff supporting them called me for help when the front desk people at Best Fitness in Lowell couldn't find them on record. I spoke with an extremely helpful and professional woman named Taylor ("Like Taylor Swift but better" lol) who worked in their membership services department. She was very patient with us as we searched for our membership information for our folks and you could tell she wanted to help us out so our guys could access the gym. She was very helpful in her suggestions and tried everything she could to find their accounts so we could work out. She then said she'd add several notes explaining our agency and why the memberships were set up differently than most on our account. She also got us new key tags so we wouldn't be inconvenienced again. In our modern world, it's so common to get customer service people who are so overworked that they "can't be bothered" to take a few extra minutes to include people with disabilities. My thanks to Taylor and Best Fitness in Lowell for going above and beyond to run a supportive and inclusive environment!

This individual turned the lights off and on numerous times during members workout. In return this is a safety hazard for all members. Someone can injure themselves when the lights are off.
