I had never had an adjustment or seen a chiropractor before seeing Dr. Monica, so I didn't know what to expect. She ran a few diagnostics and asked what parts were bothering me the most before proceeding to work on me. My main issue was with my lower back, which was sore because it was being overworked due to my weaker hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors. It's hard to find a doctor who you can trust. Let me tell you when I went in there I could literally barely walk or stand up straight. I was feeling nervous and a bit scared by how much pain I was in.
