DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are mismanaged, poor quality,…read more& have unacceptable disregard for their mistakes. I was told this job would take "7-10 days, no more than 2 weeks to complete". The removal of the floor inundated every crevice of our home with silica dust, lighting, walls, ceilings, in & on bathroom vanity cabinets & drawers, inside all kitchen cabinets covering dishes and food items, on & in clothing that was in drawers & hanging in closets, items on shelves 8+ feet high. We were told they would "wrap our furniture in plastic," furniture in rooms that had not even been worked in yet had dust (see photos). The backsplash cost double of competitor's, Company refused to trim edges like the backsplash they had removed, and they never finished (see photos). The walls & painted cabinetry were not protected, leaving the lower 24" scarred & damaged (see photos). When they initially claimed they were finished and wanting to begin moving furniture back in place, I had to show/tell them the entire house was covered in dust, & the floor was covered in a "dried on haze," from the grout being mopped by their sub-contractor (see haze photos). This Company would have walked away calling the job "complete" if I had not said anything. The grout was uneven & compromised, as well as the haze needing to be removed. The Company sent other outside contract companies to attempt to clean and repair grout without being present to oversee the work and the results themselves as they were too busy with other jobs. This project was a complete nightmare keeping us out of our house for Thanksgiving and Christmas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Floor Coverings International of Rosenberg is completely incompetent. We contracted "Ashley Massie"…read moreto demo our 2,000sq ft floor of porcelain tile and kitchen backsplash. The job started Nov. 3, 2025 and is still ongoing Jan. 11, 2026. Covering and taping off of everything wasn't done properly. During the demo they used no extractor fans or dust suppression to keep the dust manageable. It got into our uncovered furniture, closets, cabinets, food, dishes, clothes, holiday decorations, linens, drawers and in every crevice. We called Ashley everyday concerned about what we saw happening. It was a week before she came by to look at it. She assured us it would be cleaned and not to worry. The few times Ashley acknowledged problems she assured us it would be right when they were finished. The 5 man crew ended up one man doing the entire job. Three different days there was one other man that came to help. When the grout was delivered it was not what we had chosen and signed off on. Ashley argued that it was. We were talked to as if we were complainers. We insisted Ashley come by. At seeing the color she said it was what she ordered, because what we chose wasn't available. She ordered another color without running it by us. She tried hard to get us to just go with it. She complained about changing it and the person she'd have to take off a job to make the change. We ended up going to get the correct grout ourselves, over an hour each way. Telling Ashley the crew wasn't showing up and one man was here daily to do the whole job, fell on deaf ears. That one employee complained daily about it to us. Next, the backsplash tile wasn't what we had chosen. Ashley argued for two days insisting she had ordered the correct one. She was annoyed at us for ANOTHER CHANGE ORDER. These change orders happened due to her mistakes. I knew what I had chosen. I had a photo of the tiles and grout from the day I chose them. Taking this change order personally, she made a point of telling me she wasn't a liar. Later the next day, she found the correct tile and apologized. How do you make this many big mistakes? Mistakes I had to fight with her to get corrected. She said as soon as she found the correct backsplash in the showroom, she remembered it being what we had chosen. We did appreciate her honesty finally and were patient with her through this whole process. We just wanted the job to get done. When backsplash was done it wasn't trimmed around, nor was it finish behind the stove. She said they never do that and It wasn't in the contract. At this time we realized floor tile wasn't placed under the dishwasher. It took the one worker weeks to finish getting the tile down and reset toilets alone. When the grout was finished we realized there were broken off spacing clips, dirt from outside and demo grit embedded in the grout. The clips are sticking up out of the grout. Also lines with no grout and large bubble holes throughout. Worse yet, we had a heavy haze of grout residue left covering the entire surface of the tile, due to the grout not being cleaned off in time. It was not coming up by mopping. Ashley acted as if she couldn't see it. It took over a week of her putting us off to admit it was there and she would get a grout company in to figure out a way to remove it. Knowing the grout still needed to be fixed and finished, she just showed up one night unannounced at 7in the evening, after dark, bringing her husband and employee to move the furniture back in and call it finished. The day before she said she needed to hire a crew to come in and clean the dust and someone to fix the grout. We stopped her and again showed her the grout residue covering the tile. She left angry. She had a grout company come out and he had to use chemicals and a buffing machine with brushes to get it off. This cost her money and this is when she started telling us we needed to give her the final payment. All while agreeing to fix the grout and the silica dust covering our home During the entire job we told Ashley there was a problem with silica dust getting into our closets and cabinets.Our house is still covered in it and she won't take care of it. There are gouges on walls, lower cabinets and baseboards she won't fix. Her crew made a huge mess and damages she has walked away from and has started bullying and harassing us through texts and emails demanding money. To remedy the damages made by her company will eat up all of her profit, If not more. She said to remedy the damages was not in the contract. Neither were the damages! The damage to our home and belongings is significant. To this date, January 11, 2026, we are still not in our home. Ashley has now filed a lawsuit on us for the remaining balance and has inflated the balance by about $3500. Ashley Massie only cares about making the sale. After that, she is a different person altogether. It's going to take a lot of time and money to make right what they have done.

I waited for Sales Rep Steven F. to return to vehicle to approach him to schedule roof repair. I was glad to see him because making direct contact with company rep might ensure I get issue with roof resolved sooner rather than later. I explained to Steve the issue with roof & showed him pictures of roof damage. He took my information & promised to get back to me. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect that I would hear from him that very evening. He explained a roof install scheduled for weekend was postponed due to rain forcast over the weekend. Steve notified he prioritized my roof over other customer's scheduled because my roof issue involved water damage which would worsen if left un treated. What a great guy Steve is & thoughtful to boot! Today as promised Steve & crew of 2 guys arrived at my home before 8:30 am to began roof repair. Steve explained the decking on roof was rotted & needed to be replaced. Steve stated the decking would be nailed to the effected area of roof to support roofing materials to prevent water leaks. He stated ice water shield would be installed under new shingles to prevent further water damage. Steve covered all the basics before worker's commence roof repair even inquiring whether gutter guy leveled the gutters because he stated if this step wasn't completed it would be useless completing roof repair because roof water issue would persist whenever, it rained. I was pleased with job the roofer's did with house roof. Steve is friendly & very knowledgeable about roofing process & industry. The roofing job for the effected area 3ft x 2ft costs 600.00 which I didn't think was unreasonable for the amount of work completed. On Colony Roofing & Exteriors, LP Work Order notes roof repair is warranted for 2 years which I thought was decent. I would have given Colony Roofing & Exteriors 5 stars but had one small un addressed concern but over all the worker's did a great job. I would re hire this company for any Roofing issues I had in the future.
