We decided to leave and try to come back another day when it was less crowded. Overall this store had so many great things but the lines were taking 35min to 45+mins to checkout. She also had to take the time to make a price tag for the sleepwear since it was missing. I felt bad for Blanca because I know how busy that store is. She actually thanked me for waiting. I told Blanca how much I really appreciated her taking the time to personally look for the sandal and to make the tag. That's what I call exceptional customer service! The transaction went well and received my refund in no time. The register lines at TJ Maxx was definitely worse than Ross. They were very slow. Staff at register was friendly though. There were various registers open, of course, all busy. There was one security guard posted at the entrance area and overall store looked ok. You can get some Pretty cool holiday decorations if you get to the store right when they stock the shelves, but sometimes it's hit or miss. Some of their cashiers are very friendly and patient which is needed. Honestly some stores carry better selections than others and many of the items you find at the Dollar Tree you can find at Walmart for a cheaper price. Dollar Tree Is a gamble. It's an experience, but it's not for everyone.

The store itself is very clean, organized, and easy to browse. There's a great selection of clothing, home items, and unique finds. Everything felt well-kept, and it's clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for the community.
