As a video game store, is pretty impressive with a large stock and improved organization. A continuing issue remains that prices are not clearly marked on some items, but during this visit I found more items with prices than before. Rare items are kept behind the counter and one of the more interesting aspects of The Game Gallery is they get some odd items, so it's always worth a look. One of the big changes that occurred because of this move was the return of the arcade! The arcade is located in the back and is a mix of arcade cabinets, pinball machines, and Japanese style cabinets. This is also a quarter arcade, so no play card is needed. As of this review, the arcade however is a mess. During my visit, many of the arcade cabinets were not powered on or experiencing issues. If these machines were active, this would be one of the best arcades in the Lehigh Valley. Several of the pinball machines I attempted to play had issues, with others also not turned on. The Japanese style cabinets all appeared to be functional. The machines I did play, however, seemed to have difficulty levels set to high. The overall arcade was very disappointing despite so much potential. According to online reviews which staff have made comments on, due to electrical issues not all the machines can be turned on. You apparently can ask for the machines to be turned on, but this would require enough staffing, which this store has problems with. If there was signage in the store mentioning these electrical issues, I did not see it. If The Game Gallery had everything priced and the arcade fully working, it would be one the best video game stores and arcades in the Lehigh Valley. When I made my initial purchase on 12/15 I got an email stating the my payment for my order failed and to try with a different payment method. The payment for that order in fact did not fail and I had made 2 purchases. I put in a cancellation request that same night and called on the 16th to ensure itd be rectified. 12/19 I emailed and called again unable to reach customer service. I left a voicemail and got no call back. Also on the 19th, I get 2 notices from my bank that 2 charges from retro vgames posted. Today 12/20 I finally get through to customer service just for them to tell me there's nothing they can do and both purchases have been shipped on the 16th, but I was never notified if my product had shipped. I log in to my account to see that they were shipped the 18th, not the 16th. The order should have never been shipped and the initial payment should have never been taken if they told me payment failed AND the cancellation request was put in prior to the offer being fulfilled. Customer service was very dismissive, had inaccurate information, and told me they couldn't see the cancellation request even though they read off of it.... So far poor experience, but I will update if product is received and will see if the order is accurate, products work/quality, and the return process is not a hassle/no cost to me.

After waiting for the system to be shipped all the way from Virginia, we opened the package only to discover that the main power cable that plugs into the wall was completely missing! Because they failed to include an essential part of the console, we cannot even turn the Xbox on to test whether it works. How does a gaming business ship an entire console without the cable required to power it? This order arrived incomplete, did not match the advertisement, and has left us with a system that is currently useless. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Customers should not have to purchase missing equipment separately just to find out whether the console they already paid for even works. I would absolutely not recommend buying from this place. Check every advertised item carefully, because what you receive may not be what you were promised!

The bright side is they are moving to a bigger location if I heard that right so I am excited for the team and company. To sum up the location it's a place you can play video games. You can rent a room/theatre lounge for private events/gathering. You can rent a computer/consoles to play. You can join a community to play card games, they even have board games to use. A really convenient mini grocery store with all kinds of Asian snacks and ice cream. They even sell boba tea.

They said in order to return it I would need my receipt. When I was there I specifically asked the employee if it had any issues would returning it be a problem and he guaranteed the games should work. Lost the receipt and now stuck with a faulty game! Would still buy here but with extreme caution as it is one of the few if only retro game stores in the area. Person on the phone I felt was pretty rude, I didn't want a refund just an exchange and he gave me the usual you need the receipt run around and didn't even bother to hear me out! If you are overwhelmed and craving the peace that comes from less clutter and everything having a designated place, it is worth it. Long version: We bought our home in 2020, and it was a full gut renovation. We are still living only on the first floor, while the upstairs remains mostly unfinished except for a small office. Our house currently has no linen closet, and we are sharing one small bathroom as a family of five. Because of this, we have been storing items in places that do not really make sense, simply out of necessity. At one point, I bought a large IKEA cabinet and put it in one of the kids' rooms just to store towels and sheets. With a family of five, we do a lot of laundry and accumulate a lot of stuff. We also have a side entrance that slowly became a dumping ground for anything we wanted out of sight. Every six months we would clean it, only for it to turn back into a junk room pretty quickly. Since we are not using the upstairs yet, we largely ignored the problem. Over the summer, I had a vision for the space with a custom bench/hall-tree and storage, so I bought multiple IKEA cabinets. A few family members had passed away or downsized over the years, and I had inherited many seasonal items and kitchen items. The volume alone felt paralyzing. We got the floors done and the cabinets in place and even after multiple passes of purging, I still felt overwhelmed by stuff and stuck. One of our kids has special needs and she often goes into the younger kids room and dumps out baskets and empties the book shelves. It's hard to keep up and I felt totally defeated. I decided to ask for help and I'm so glad I did! One of the most helpful parts was having an impartial, logical person there to talk through decisions without emotion or pressure. Krysta helped me move items out quickly so I did not second-guess myself, and she reorganized spaces in ways I never would have thought of. She also consolidated items so things that belonged together finally lived in the same place. She brought her trusty label maker, which made all the difference in creating systems that will actually last. We have a long dresser in the dining room that also turned into junk drawers and randomness. After collected all the baskets and storage bins we could use for the foyer, we began gathering items that didn't belong in other rooms and got to work. We already had a craft cabinet in the foyer, so she said it made sense to move all craft supplies out of the kids' room and into one centralized location. It was her idea to switch out which cabinet was designated for crafts and games and it ended up making much more sense. She also solved the recurring problem in the kids room by bringing arts and craft related items out and storing other items away safely so our other child couldn't access them anymore. We designated drawers for non-Christmas gift wrapping, bday party supplies, paint, games, flashlights, candles, light bulbs, beads, crayons, markers, etc., shelves for kitchen items not used daily, paper, everything has a home! While I'm not sharing pics of the kids room, I do have many of the foyer (I still have to paint the cabinet doors and get them hung- it's on the list lol) and the donate pile. If you have been considering hiring a professional organizer, do not hesitate. Krysta accomplished in one day what I had been trying to do for months, honestly closer to years. They made me feel so comfortable from the very start, never judging, always encouraging, and brought such a calm energy into our home. Room to Bloom truly has a gift for what they do.
