I was called a liar by the general manager because of the swirl marks that they left in the side of my truck from the buffer, he told me it happened going through a car wash. I never went through a car wash and a car wash wouldn't put swirl marks in your paint anyways body lines that lineup. My insurance company paid for the paint to be blended into the roof in the end of the hood so it not do that. They stole the money from the insurance company, which is insurance fraud. My insurance company is looking into that right now just everything about this place is poor. Just stay clear. Do your research. If you need a good body shop find one do the research I didn't pick them. I drove by in one day and saw Woods body shop and thought they would do a good job look like a nice place. Well I was wrong. I'm highly disappointed. My truck looks like it was painted and buffed by a four-year-old and they actually let my truck go out of the shop look that way I picked it up after hours late so I didn't get a chance to look at it till the next day. It was raining the next day so it took a few days for me to actually get it in my garage get it cleaned up take a unbelievable, and they don't wanna stand behind the product. Stay clear.

Insurance company sent someone out appraised it and cut a check the day it was dropped off. I actually never heard from the body shop again until 3 weeks later when I was told my car would be done tuesday, Wednesday at the latest in a voicemail. I called the next Monday to make sure it would be done. Again, I was told it would be done. that Wednesday I called and was told that it would be done Thursday and that the headlight was on back order and they just assumed it would be there. when I picked the car up, the fender was misaligned and they said it was a quick fix and remained it worse and the headlight is still broken. They took payment and told the insurance company (through email because they wouldn't answer the phone for multiple days) the car was fixed. Insurance closed the claim and wont reopen it. 2 months later and my car is in worse shape than when I took it in
